 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. WAIVER FOR LANDSCAPE AREA IS NOT NEEDED. THE
 REQUIRED MINIMUM LANDSCAPE AREA IS 15 PERCENT. PLEASE
 CORRECT THE REQUIRED AREA TO 29,212 AND LIST PROVIDED
 LANDSCAPE AREA CALCULATIONS.
  
 2. WAIVER IS REQUIRED FOR FIVE FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 PLANTINGS ALONG THE PROPOSED BUILDING EAST PROPERTY
 LINE WITH THE REQUIRED TREES OR NUMBER OF SUBSTITUTE
 PALMS PER CURRENT CODE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-443(D).
  
 4. PLEASE INCLUDE ALL CALCULATIONS FOR THE EAST AND
 NORTH BUFFER PORTIONS ON THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENT
 CHART.
  
 5. PLEASE INCLUDE ANY EXISTING TREES OR LANDSCAPE ON
 THE PLANT LIST IDENTIFYING THE SPECIES AND SHOW AS
 EXISTING TO COUNT TOWARD BUFFER OR OVERALL LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TREE AS REQUIRED AND A TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT THE END OF THE ROW OF PARKING
 SPACES ALONG MONCEAUX RD., AND ADJACENT TO THE LOADING
 SPACES WEST SIDE OF MAIN BUILDING.
  
 7. PLEASE CORRECT THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE CHART
 SO THAT TREES AND SHRUBS ARE NOT COUNTED TWICE FOR EACH
 CATEGORY OF NATIVE AND DROUGHT TOLERANT.
  
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 9. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF WATER AND SEWER LINES ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 10. PLEASE SHOW CALCULATIONS FOR EACH BUILDING FOR
 COMPLIANCE WITH 30 PERCENT PERIMETER LANDSCAPE PER
 SECTION 94-443(E)(1).
  
 11. PLEASE PROVIDE THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS, FLORIDA
 FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE CHART, CALCULATIONS, AND PLANT LIST
 ON ONLY ONE PAGE OF THE PLANS.
  
 12. REMOVE THE EXISTING GREEN SPACE EXHIBIT AS IT IS
 NOT NEEDED.
  
 13. SHOW THAT THE REQUIRED PARKING LOT TREES MEET THE
 75% SHADE TREE REQUIREMENT.
  
 14. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-445 L. PLANT
 SPECIES. A MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT MATERIAL
 ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT TOLERANT
 SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE LIST OF
 SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH FLORIDA
 WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH FLORIDA
 LANDSCAPES.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
