 COMMENTS:
  
 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE
 SITE. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE
 ADDRESSED FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2. FOR ANY BUILDING CROSSING A PROPERTY LINE, EITHER A
 RECORDED UNITY OF TITLE, OR SOME OTHER APPROVED LEGAL
 INSTRUMENT, SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION, OR THE BUILDING MUST HAVE A FIRE WALL
 ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE, PER SECTION 202 OF FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING, FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE.
  
 3. NUMBER OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES SERVING THE
 OFFICE SPACE. THERE ARE NOT SUFFICIENT ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES DIRECTLY SERVING THE OFFICE SPACE. THE
 PARKING TABLE ON SITE AND PROJECT DATA SHEET A0.01
 STATES THAT 562 PARKING SPACES ARE PROPOSED FOR THE
 OFFICE USE. THEREFORE 13 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES ARE
 REQUIRED FOR OFFICE USE PER SECTION 208.2 OF FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE. OFFICE LEVEL PLAN SHEETS A1.09,
 A1.10, AND A1.11 FOR LEVELS 9 THROUGH 18 ALL SHOW THAT
 ONLY ELEVATORS 1 THROUGH 5 SERVE THE OFFICE LEVELS.
 ONLY 4 OF THE PROVIDED ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES ARE
 LOCATED AS THE CLOSEST PARKING SPACES TO THOSE
 ELEVATORS. OF THOSE 4 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES, 2 ARE
 ON LEVEL 7 PLAN SHEET A1.07 AND 2 ARE ON LEVEL 8 PLAN
 SHEET A1.08. THE REMAINDER OF THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES ARE SHOWN ON PLAN SHEETS A1.02 THOUGH A1.06, FOR
 LEVELS 2 THROUGH 6, AND NONE OF THOSE ARE THE CLOSEST
 PARKING SPACES TO ELEVATORS 1 THROUGH 5. SO, THERE ARE
 NOT ENOUGH ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES SERVING THE OFFICE
 SPACE. IT IS NOTED THAT ELEVATORS 1 THROUGH DO NOT STOP
 AT LEVELS 2 THROUGH 6 BUT THAT DOES NOT AFFECT THIS
 ISSUE. PER SECTION 208.3 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE,
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES ARE TO BE LOCATED ON THE
 SHORTEST POSSIBLE ROUTE OF TRAVEL FROM ADJACENT PARKING
 TO AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE. THE DESIGN OF ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 502 OF FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE
  
 4. VAN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. A TOTAL OF 3 VAN
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED BUT ONLY 2 ARE
 SHOWN. LEVEL 2 PLAN SHEET A1.02 SHOWS 2 VAN ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES AND THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ANY
 OTHERS SHOWN ON THE PLANS, SO AN ADDITIONAL VAN
 ACCESSIBLE PARKIG SPACE IS REQUIREDPER SECTION 208.2.4
 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE, ONE IN EVERY SIX
 REQUIRED ACCESSIBLE SPACES (AT LEAST ONE) IN A PARKING
 STRUCTURE, SHALL BE ?VAN ACCESSIBLE? AND DESIGNED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION OF 502 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE (VERTICAL CLEARANCE NOT LESS THAN 98 INCHES AT
 SPACE AND VEHICULAR ACCESS ROUTE).
  
 5. EGRESS FROM THE SOUTH OFFICE SPACE ON LEVEL 2 AND
 LEVEL 4. EGRESS FROM THE OFFICE SPACE SHALL NOT PASS
 THROUGH THE PARKING GARAGE. LEVEL 2 PLAN SHEET A1.02
 AND LEVEL 4 PLAN SHEET A1.04 SHOW ONE OF THE EGRESS
 PATHS FROM THE SOUTH (FERN ST) OFICE SPACE GOING
 THROUGH THE PARKING GARAGE. SECTION 1016.2(2) OF
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE STATES THAT EGRESS FROM A SPACE
 SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH AN ADJOINING AREA UNLESS SUCH
 ADJOINING AREA AND THE SPACE SERVED ARE ACCESSORY TO
 ONE OR THE OTHER.
  
 6. BUILDING SIZE. WHEN SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT,
 THE PLANS SHALL SHOW THAT THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR
 THE BUILDINGS WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HEIGHT,
 AREA AND OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS IN CHAPTER 5 OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 7. BUILDING LOCATION RELATIVE TO THE PROPERTY LINE AND
 OTHER STRUCTURES. WHEN SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT,
 COMPLIANCE WITH ALL BUILDING SEPARATION, PERCENTAGE OF
 OPENINGS AND OPENING PROTECTIVE REQUIREMENTS OF
 CHAPTERS 6 AND 7 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE SHALL BE
 VERIFIED.
  
 8. ENCLOSED PARKING GARAGES. THE PARKING GARAGE APPEARS
 TO BE ENCLOSED AND MECHANICALLY VENTILATED. IF THE
 PARKING GARAGE DOES NOT HAVE WALL OPENINGS, OR
 SUFFICIENT WALL OPENINGS TO MEET THE DEFINITION OF AN
 OPEN PARKING GARAGE, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ENCLOSED
 PARKING GARAGE AND MUST HAVE EXHAUST SYSTEMS. THE
 EXHAUST SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO MINIMIZE NOISE
 LEVELS USING INLINE FAN SILENCERS OR OTHER APPROVED
 METHODS.
  
 9. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS
 AND SUB-PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE COMMENCING THE
 WORK. SEPARATE PERMITS, PLANS AND FEES, ARE REQUIRED
 FOR SIGNS, GAS SYSTEMS, GENERATORS, FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS,
 FIRE SPRINKLER AND OTHER FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS,
 GREASE INTERCEPTORS, SITE LIGHTING, SITE LANDSCAPE,
 SITE IRRIGATION, ETC.
  
 10. EACH SEPARATE BUILDING, AND UNIT WITH AN
 INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE FROM THE STREET, SHALL HAVE A
