| | LIGHTING IN CONCERT WITH THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO PREVENT |
| | CONFLICTS WITH REQUIRED TREES, AND ASSURE THE ABILITY |
| | TO MAINTAIN THE TREES WITH PROPER PRUNING PER SECTION |

| | THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE PLAN INDICATES REPLACING LARGE |
| | CANOPY TREES WITH PALMS THAT DO NOT PROVIDE SHADE FOR |
| | THE PARKING SPACES. THIS DOES NOT MEET THE INTENT OF |
| | THE CODE OR THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN. AND THE |
| | APPLICANT NEEDS TO EXAMINE SOLUTIONS TO ADJUST THE |
| | LIGHTING PLACEMENT TO ACCOMMODATE THE APPROVED SPECIES |
| | OR EQUIVALENT. |
