 1.) PROVIDE LETTERS FROM ALL OF THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC
 UTILITIES CONFIRMING THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT
 ENCROACH INTO THEIR EASEMENTS OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE
 WITH THE PROVISION OF THEIR SERVICES: AT&T, FPU, FPL,
 AND COMCAST.
 2.) PROVIDE A TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER FROM PALM
 BEACH COUNTY INDICATING THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT WILL
 HAVE NO NEGATIVE IMPACT TO THE TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE OF
 ROADWAYS WITHIN THE COUNTY. THEORETICALLY, TRIPS SHOULD
 BE VESTED; HOWEVER, STAFF WOULD LIKE A CONFIRMATION
 LETTER FROM THE COUNTY.
 3.) THERE IS A PALM TRAN BUS STOP WITH PEDESTRIAN BENCH
 LOCATED ALONG 45TH STREET. THE APPLICANT SHALL
 COORDINATE WITH PALM TRAN TO DETERMINE IF ADDITIONAL
 IMPROVEMENTS ARE NEEDED (I.E. EASEMENT TO PROVIDE BUS
 SHELTER). WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION OF THE COORDINATION
 FROM PALM TRAN AND WHETHER OR NOT IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE
 REQUIRED SHALL BE PROVIDED TO STAFF.
 4.) HAS APPLICANT EXPLORED THE INCLUSION OF THE VACANT
 PARCEL TO THE SOUTH OR PROVIDING AN EASEMENT TO
 ESTABLISH A PEDESTRIAN LINK FROM THE BALLPARK OF THE
 PALM BEACHES TO THE PLAZA?
 5.) ALL PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, INCLUDING NEW
 CONSTRUCTION, OR THE RENOVATION OR IMPROVEMENT OF AN
 EXISTING BUILDING, WHERE THE TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS
 ARE EQUAL OR GREATER THAN $750,000 IS SUBJECT TO THE
 ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 78,
 ARTICLE V, OF THE CITY?S CODE OF ORDINANCES. CONTACT

 6.) PROJECT NARRATIVE STATES THAT THE SITE SHOULD
 FUNCTION AS ONE OVERALL DEVELOPMENT WITH CROSS ACCESS
 AND SHARED PARKING. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 CROSSWALKS/PEDESTRIAN CONNECTIONS FROM ALL PARKING
 BAYS, EXISTING AND PROPOSED BUILDINGS AND PERIMETER
 SIDEWALK CONNECTIONS. CONSIDER A PEDESTRIAN ROUTE THAT
 DIRECTLY CONNECTS THE EXISTING BANK WITH PARKING BAYS
 AND PROPOSED FAST FOOD RESTAURANT AND PROPOSED RETAIL
 BUILDING. THIS COULD BE DONE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
 PROPOSED REDESIGN/WIDENING OF SEVERAL OF THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLANDS.
 7.) ANY PROPOSED RECONFIGURATION OF EXISTING LANDSCAPE
 ISLANDS SHOULD MINIMIZE CONFLICTS WITH
 EXISTING/PROPOSED LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING. FUTURE
 REVISIONS SHOULD RECONCILE LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING
 LOCATIONS.
 8.) CONSIDER REDUCING THE DEPTH OF PARKING SPACES BY
 INCLUDING A 2-FOOT GRASS OVERHANG. THE CURB WOULD
 FUNCTION AS WHEEL STOPS. ALSO CONSIDER THE INCLUSION OF
 SMALL CAR SPACES TO REDUCE OVERALL IMPERVIOUS SURFACE
 AREA. UP TO 30% OF SPACES MAY BE DESIGNATED FOR SMALL
 CAR USE
 9.) STAFF HAS CONCERNS REGARDING POTENTIAL VEHICLE
 CONFLICTS AS A RESULT OF THE PROPOSED MEDIAN NOSE
 REMOVAL EAST OF THE PROPOSED FAST FOOD RESTAURANT
 10.) CONSIDER LOCATING PROPOSED BUILDINGS ADJACENT TO
 THE 45TH STREET FRONTAGE
 11.) PROVIDE CURRENT CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH BIKE RACK
 AND PARKING DETAILS
 12.) INCLUDE A SAFE PEDESTRIAN CONNECTION FROM THE
 PROPOSED EMPLOYEE PARKING AREA TO RETAIL BUILDING
