 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY AND A TREE
 DISPOSITION LIST IDENTIFYING SPECIES AND TREE CANOPY
 DIAMETER OF TREES AND PALMS, AND INDICATE WHETHER THEY
 WILL REMAIN, BE RELOCATED OR REMOVED. ALL CALCULATIONS
 AND DATA NEEDS TO BE UPDATED WHEN THE LOCATIONS AND
 SPECIES OF ANY TREES TO REMAIN ARE DETERMINED.
 THE 2 TREES ARE LIVE OAKS, AND CANOPY DIAMETER IS LESS
 THAN 20 FEET.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE CORRECT THE REQUIRED OPEN SPACE TO
 40 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL SITE, AND RECALCULATE REQUIRED
 TREES AND FLOWERING TREES TO CURRENT CODE OF 1 TREE PER
 1500 SQ FT OF REQUIRED OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF,
 AND FLOWERING TREES TO ONE PER 6000 SQ FT OR PORTION
 THEREOF.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE THE PERVIOUS LANDSCAPE AREA SQUARE
 FOOTAGE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE CORRECT THE BUFFER REQUIREMENTS
 AND CALCULATIONS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. ACCORDING TO THE
 SURVEY, THE EAST AND WEST BUFFER LENGTHS ARE 105 FT,
 AND NORTH AND SOUTH ARE 225 FT. RECALCULATE TREE
 REQUIREMENTS AND SHOW HOW PROVIDED.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE UPDATE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
 -CURRENT APPLICABLE CODE REQUIRES 40 POINTS.
 -PROVIDE AN AREA PLAN SHOWING HIGH, MEDIUM AND LOW
 WATER USE ZONES IF POINTS ARE CLAIMED.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PALMS SUBSTITUTED FOR REQUIRED BUFFER
 TREES MUST BE AT A 3:1 RATIO FOR EACH TREE.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE AS REQUIRED IN THE
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND FOR THE ROW OF PARKING
 ADJACENT TO THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR THE LONGER
 THAN 30 FOOT SPACING FOR THE BUFFER TREES ADJACENT TO
 THE ATM.
  
 9. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ANY FPL
 TRANSFORMERS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 10. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS
 TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS.
 THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND
 CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED
 BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 11. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND
 MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES. WATER BACKFLOW VALVES
 AND FPL TRANSFORMERS MUST HAVE SCREENING HEDGES. PLEASE
 PROVIDE LANDSCAPE HEDGE ON THREE SIDES OF DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE AS REQUIRED.
  
 12. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING
 ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO PREVENT CONFLICTS WITH TREES.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
