 1) PROVIDE LETTERS FROM ALL OF THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC
 UTILITIES CONFIRMING THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT
 ENCROACH INTO THEIR EASEMENTS OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE
 WITH THE PROVISION OF THEIR SERVICES: AT&T, FPU, FPL,
 AND COMCAST.
 2) PROVIDE A TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY LETTER FROM PALM BEACH
 COUNTY INDICATING THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT WILL HAVE
 NO NEGATIVE IMPACT TO THE TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE OF
 ROADWAYS WITHIN THE COUNTY.
 3) ALL PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, INCLUDING NEW
 CONSTRUCTION, OR THE RENOVATION OR IMPROVEMENT OF AN
 EXISTING BUILDING, WHERE THE TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS
 ARE EQUAL OR GREATER THAN $750,000 IS SUBJECT TO THE
 ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 78,
 ARTICLE V, OF THE CITY?S CODE OF ORDINANCES. CONTACT

 4) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS 4 PARKING SPACES IN EXCESS OF
 WHAT IS REQUIRED BY CODE. REMOVE EXCESS PARKING SPACES
 ALONG SOUTHERN BOULEVARD AND CONSIDER REPURPOSING AS
 LANDSCAPED AREA WITH SITTING AREA, TRELLIS, LOCATION OF
 ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENT, OR COMBINATION OF THE
 ABOVE
 5) CONSIDER REDUCING THE DEPTH OF PARKING SPACES BY
 INCLUDING A 2-FOOT GRASS OVERHANG. THE CURB WOULD
 FUNCTION AS WHEEL STOPS. ALSO CONSIDER THE INCLUSION OF
 SMALL CAR SPACES TO REDUCE OVERALL IMPERVIOUS SURFACE
 AREA
 6) THERE IS A PALM TRAN BUS STOP WITH PEDESTRIAN BENCH
 LOCATED ALONG DIXIE HIGHWAY. THE APPLICANT SHALL
 COORDINATE WITH PALM TRAN TO DETERMINE IF ADDITIONAL
 IMPROVEMENTS ARE NEEDED (I.E. EASEMENT TO PROVIDE BUS
 SHELTER). WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION OF THE COORDINATION
 FROM PALM TRAN AND WHETHER OR NOT IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE
 REQUIRED SHALL BE PROVIDED TO STAFF.
 7) REVISE PLAN TO SHOW A CROSSWALK FROM PROPOSED
 HANDICAP SPACE TO CENTRAL PARKING AREA
 8) PROVIDE A DETAILED SITE PLAN IN ADDITION TO
 LANDSCAPE AND ENGINEERING PLANS, SEE DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION AND SITE PLAN CHECKLIST FOR DETAILS. SHOW
 CALCULATIONS INCLUDING PARKING, IMPERVIOUS SURFACE,
 PROPOSED SQUARE FOOTAGE ETC.
 9) DIMENSION ALL PROPOSED PARKING SPACES, DRIVE AISLES,
 SETBACKS ETC.
 10) UNITY OF TITLE WILL BE REQUIRED, PLEASE CONTACT
 ENGINEERING SERVICES TO INITIATE
 11) CONSIDER REDESIGNING THE BUILDING TO HAVE FRONTAGE
 ALONG BOTH DIXIE HIGHWAY AND SOUTHERN BOULEVARD

 FORMAT
 *WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF ELEVEN
 (11) COPIES, ONE REDUCED COPY IN 8.5X11, ONE SET IN
 11X17 AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
 *PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20 PERCENT OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE
 ($60).
