 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE UPDATE THE TREE DISPOSITION PLAN SHOWING THE
 CHANGES PROPOSED WITH THIS PETITION BUBBLED, AND AMEND
 TO MEET CURRENT CODE REQUIREMENTS FOR MITIGATION OF 1:1
 REPLACEMENT FOR TREE CANOPY BELOW 20 FEET DIAMETER, AND
 SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR TREES 20 FEET OR MORE IN DIAMETER.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A MITIGATION CHART SHOWING THE
 APPROVED MITIGATION QUANTITY AND THE TREE MITIGATION
 PROVIDED WITH THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE PLAN WITH THIS
 PETITION.
  
 3. PLEASE SHOW THE OPEN SPACE PERCENTAGE AND LANDSCAPE
 AREA PERCENTAGE FOR PBA#1, #2 AND #3, AND SHOW
 COMPARISON TO WHAT IS CURRENTLY APPROVED.
  
 4. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE FRONTAGE ROAD DOES NOT
 MEET THE DESIGN GUIDELINES CROSS SECTION 6 UNDER VII C.
 FRONTAGE ROAD. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE REQUIRED SHADE TREE, FLOWERING TREE
 AND SHRUB QUANTITIES FOR THE SITE PER CURRENT CODE
 SECTION 94-442 (B)(2). ADJUST SUBSTITUTION OF PALMS TO
 CURRENT CODE REQUIREMENT OF 3:1 FOR COCONUT PALMS FOR
 REQUIRED TREES, UNLESS AN EXCEPTION PER THE DESIGN
 GUIDELINES.
  
 6. PLEASE UPDATE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY REQUIREMENTS
 CHART TO CURRENT CODE AND PROVIDE 40 POINTS AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 7. PLEASE INDICATE THE WIDTH OF ALL INDIVIDUAL
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, AND SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH BUFFER REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION XI- D.
 OF THE DESIGN GUIDELINES. SHOW CALCULATIONS FOR EACH
 BUFFER AND INCLUDE ANY APPLICATION OF PALM SUBSTITUTION
 PER XII G.
  
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE THE LIST OF SHRUBS BY SPECIES,
 QUANTITY AND SIZE. INCLUDE DROUGHT TOLERANCE LEVEL FOR
 EACH PLANT SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST AND IF NATIVE.
  
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATION FOR PBA #2 AND PBA #3
 SEPARATELY FOR XII E. FOUNDATION PLANTING.
  
 10. THE PROMENADE IS VERY PLAIN. PLEASE REVISE THE PLAN
 TO INCORPORATE MORE INTEREST PER THE DESIGN GUIDELINES
 SUCH AS A MEANDERING WALKWAY WITH LANDSCAPING AND
 RESTING SPACES INTERACTING WITH THE WALKWAY.
  
 11. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT INCLUDING FPL TRANSFORMERS, A/C UNITS, ETC.,
 AND PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT
 AND UTILITIES. WATER BACKFLOW PREVENTERS ARE NOT
 CLEARLY SHOWN IN FINAL LOCATIONS.
  
 12. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL WATER, SEWER AND
 DRAINAGE LINES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS AND RESOLVE ANY
 CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 13. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
  
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION ADJACENT TO THE
 PROPERTY. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A SEPARATE MAINTENANCE
 AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
