 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1. PLEASE CORRECT THE REQUIRED OPEN SPACE TO 40 PERCENT
 OF THE TOTAL SITE, AND RECALCULATE REQUIRED TREES AND
 FLOWERING TREES TO CURRENT CODE OF 1 TREE PER 1500 SQ
 FT OF REQUIRED OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF, AND
 FLOWERING TREES TO ONE PER 6000 SQ FT OR PORTION
 THEREOF PER SECTION 94-442(C)(2)B.
  
 2. PLEASE SHOW AND LABEL THE REQUIRED 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER ON ALL SIDES ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY LINES ON
 THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE THE BUFFER REQUIREMENTS AND
 CALCULATIONS ON THE PLAN. ONE TREE PER 30 LF OR PORTION
 THEREOF IS REQUIRED. LARGER TREE SPECIES MUST BE USED
 WHERE POSSIBLE TO PROVIDE BUFFERING TO ADJACENT
 PROPERTIES AND PROVIDE SHADE FOR PARKING AREAS. SOUTH
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS COMPATIBLE WITH
 THE UTILITY EASEMENT.
  
 4. PLEASE ADD A COLUMN FOR DROUGHT TOLERANCE TO THE
 PLANT LIST AND PROVIDE THE LEVEL FOR EACH SPECIES, AND
 IF THE SPECIES IS NATIVE.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE AS REQUIRED IN A TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT THE END OF EACH ROW OF PARKING
 SPACES. LARGER TREE SPECIES MUST BE USED WHERE POSSIBLE
 TO PROVIDE BUFFERING TO ADJACENT PROPERTIES AND PROVIDE
 SHADE FOR PARKING AREAS.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE THE PERVIOUS LANDSCAPE AREA SQUARE
 FOOTAGE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 7. PLEASE UPDATE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE POINTS TO
 SHOW CURRENT APPLICABLE CODE REQUIRES 40 POINTS.
  
 8. PLEASE SHOW CALCULATION OF PERCENTAGE OF PALMS
 SUBSTITUTED FOR REQUIRED TREES, NOT TO EXCEED 35
 PERCENT.
  
 9. PLEASE SHOW CALCULATIONS FOR THE BUILDING FOR
 COMPLIANCE WITH 30 PERCENT PERIMETER LANDSCAPE PER
 SECTION 94-443(E)(1).
  
 10. PLEASE SHOW ALL WATER, SEWAGE AND DRAINAGE LINES ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 11. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 12. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ANY FPL TRANSFORMERS ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES. WATER BACKFLOW VALVES AND FPL
 TRANSFORMERS MUST HAVE SCREENING HEDGES.
  
 14. PLEASE PROVIDE THE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO PREVENT CONFLICTS WITH TREES.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
