 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY MAY 15, 2018),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($200).
  
 1) THE VARIOUS PLANS PROVIDED SHOW DIFFERING DIMENSIONS
 FOR VARIOUS PLAN ELEMENTS. ALL PLANS MUST SHOW THE SAME
 CONDITIONS.
  
 A. THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN (2,177 SF) AND THE CIVIL
 PLAN (2,138 SF) LIST DIFFERING SQUARE FOOTAGES FOR THE
 BUILDING. NOTE: THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC APPROVAL
 LETTER IS FOR 2,138 SF. IF THE BUILDING IS 2,177 SF,
 THE TRAFFIC LETTER NEEDS TO BE REVISED.
  
 B. THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN (9.5 FEET) AND THE CIVIL
 AND LANDSCAPE PLANS (9 FEET) SHOW DIFFERING PARKING
 SPACE WIDTHS.
  
 C. THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN (39 FEET) AND THE CIVIL
 PLAN (38.08 FEET) SHOW DIFFERING FRONT SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS.
  
 2) DUE TO THE NEIGHBORING BUILDINGS NOT BEING
 CONSTRUCTED WITH A ZERO FOOT SETBACK (ON THE PROPERTY
 LINE), THE PROPOSED BUILDING IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE
 SIDE AND REAR LANDSCAPE BUFFER MINIMUM OF FIVE (5)
 FEET. THE INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT ONLY PERMITS A
 ZERO FOOT SETBACK WHEN AN ADJACENT EXISTING BUILDING
 HAS A ZERO FOOT SETBACK.
  
 3) THE SITE DATA TABLE INCORRECTLY LISTS THE AMOUNT OF
 OPEN SPACE. THE OPEN SPACE IS THE SITE AREA NOT
 CONTAINING BUILDINGS.
  
 4) THE SITE DATA TABLE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE REQUIRED
 PARKING, BICYCLE AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS.
  
 5) NINETY DEGREE PARKING SPACES REQUIRE A 24 FOOT DRIVE
 AISLE. THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW THIS STANDARD BEING MET.
  
 6) NO PARKING DETAIL WAS PROVIDED FOR THE REGULAR
 PARKING SPACE. THE ADA PARKING DETAIL DOES NOT COMPLY
 WITH CITY STANDARDS AND DOES NOT MATCH THE SIZE OF THE
 PROPOSED PARKING SPACE.
  
 7) THE SITE REQUIRES ONE 10 FOOT BY 25 FOOT LOADING
 SPACE. NO LOADING SPACE IS SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 8) THE SITE REQUIRES BICYCLE PARKING. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE RACK LOCATION AND DETAIL IN CONFORMANCE WITH CITY
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 9) NO DUMPSTER LOCATION IS SHOWN ON THE SITE. PROVIDE
 THE LOCATION AND DETAILS.
  
 10) THE A/C UNIT AND PAD ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE CIVIL OR
 LANDSCAPE PLANS. ALL PLANS MUST SHOW THE SAME
 CONDITIONS.
  
 11) PLEASE CONSIDER PROVIDING ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS
 SUCH AS SCORING OR OTHER ELEMENTS TO IMPROVE THE
 APPEARANCE OF THE BUILDING.
  
 12) ALL LANDSCAPE SHALL BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR
 ENCROACHMENT BY A TYPE D CURB. THIS IS NOT CLEARLY
 INDICATED ON THE PLANS.
  
 13) THE SURVEY MUST BE ABSTRACTED TO SHOW ALL
