 LANE ELIMINATION WOULD ALLOW ADDITIONAL ON-STREET
 PARKING AND ENOUGH SPACE FOR A BIKE LANE. ADDITIONAL
 BULB OUTS FOR TREE ARE ALSO AN OPTION. FURTHER
 DISUCSSION NECESSARY FOR DETAILED LAYOUT.
 15 - PROJECT IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE DECORATIVE LIGHT
 POLES AND FIXTURES ALONG THE STREET FRONTAGE. SPEC
 SHALL MATCH CITY STANDARD. PHOTOMETHICS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED FOR THE SIDEWALK AREA.

 DIFFICULT TO READ THE LINES.
 17 - PLEASE RESUBMIT DRAWINGS ADDRESSING COMMENTS, AND
