 (DATED MARCH 27, 2018) COMMENTS:
 - THE EASTBOUND MOVEMENT AT DRIVEWAY 1/SOUTH DIXIE
 HIGHWAY INTERSECTION IS FORECAST TO OPERATE WITH LOS F
 (WITH EXISTING GEOMETRY SCENARIO) AND LOS E (WITH
 POTENTIAL LANE ELIMINATION) DURING PM PEAK HOUR IN THE
 FUTURE TOTAL CONDITIONS. MORE TRAFFIC MAY CHOOSE TO
 MAKE THE LEFT-TURN AT DRIVEWAY 2 INSTEAD DURING PM PEAK
 HOUR. CLARIFY IF 40% OF TRIPS MAKING LEFT-TURN AT
 DRIVEWAY 1 ARE REASONABLE.
 - THE PROPOSED LANE ELIMINATION DOES NOT PROPOSE
 EXCLUSIVE RIGHT-TURN LANE ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY AT
 DRIVEWAY 1 NOR DRIVEWAY 2. REMOVE THE EXCLUSIVE
 RIGHT-TURN LANE IN THE ANALYSIS.
 - 20% OF RETAIL TRIPS USING ON-STREET PARKING WOULD
 STILL GO THROUGH THE STUDY INTERSECTIONS BUT ARE NOT
 TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION IN THE TRAFFIC ASSIGNMENT OR
 INTERSECTION ANALYSES. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS (DATED ON MARCH 22, 2018):
 - IN THE HAMPTON ROAD CROSS-SECTION SHOWN ON C2.01,
 SHOW THE PROPOSED TRAVEL LANES, PARKING LANES,
 SIDEWALKS, AND LANDSCAPE, ETC. AND INCLUDE THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF HAMPTON ROAD.
 - THE RESPONSE INDICATES THAT THE GORE OUT CENTER TURN
 LANE TAPER IN FRONT OF DRIVEWAY 1 WOULD BE MODIFIED TO
 CONTAIN SKIP STRIPING TO INDICATE THAT LEFT TURNS ARE
 OCCURRING, BUT THE PLAN SHEETS ARE STILL SHOWING THE
 GORE OUT CENTER TURN LANE TAPER.
 - THE PARKING WAIVER REQUEST NEEDS TO TAKE INTO
 CONSIDERATION THE 3 PARKING SPACES WHICH WILL BE
 REMOVED WHEN CROSS-ACCESS IS PROVIDED IN THE FUTURE.
 - PROVIDE DEAD-END STUB INSTEAD OF THE 3 PARKING SPACES
 FOR FUTURE CROSS-ACCESS.
 - PROVIDE ACCESS EASEMENT FOR THE FUTURE CONNECTION TO
 THE ADJACENT PROPERTY TO THE NORTH.
 - DIMENSION ALL DRIVEWAY WIDTHS.
 - PROVIDE BIKE RACKS FOR RETAIL USES.
 - INCLUDE BICYCLE PARKING DATA IN THE DATA TABLE ON
 SP-1.
 - ALL PEDESTRIAN CONNECTIONS NEED TO BE ADA COMPLIANCE.
 NO CURB RAMPS ARE SHOWN AND IT IS UNKNOWN IF CURB RAMPS
 ARE PROVIDED FOR ALL PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGS.
 - PROVIDE PEDESTRIAN GATED ENTRY FROM HAMPTON ROAD, AND
 PROVIDE PEDESTRIAN CONNECTION TO THE BUILDINGS.
 - PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PEDESTRIAN CONNECTIONS FOR A MORE
 DIRECT PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION ROUTE BETWEEN THE
 BUILDING 5 NORTH ENTRANCE AND THE BUS STOP.
 - RELOCATE THE BUS STOP CLOSE TO THE SIGNAL AT
 ALBEMARLE ROAD WHICH IS MORE CENTRAL TO THE PROPOSED
 LAND USES, AND THE SIGNAL PROVIDES PEDESTRIAN CROSSING
 ON SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY. COORDINATE WITH PALM TRAN ON
 THE BUS STOP RELOCATION.
 - A VEHICLE WAITING AT THE ENTRY GATE ON HAMPTON ROAD
 WOULD BLOCK THE SIDEWALK.
 - PROVIDE AN OPENING ON HAMPTON ROAD TO CONNECT TO THE
 INTERNAL ROAD, REMOVE THE PROPOSED ENTRY GATE ON
 HAMPTON ROAD, AND RELOCATE THE MAIN ENTRY GATE. THIS
 WOULD CREATE A MORE INTER-CONNECTED STREET SYSTEM
 CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
 - A SIGNING AND PAVEMENT MARKING PLAN, PREPARED, SIGNED
 AND SEALED BY A P.E., MUST BE PROVIDED IN ORDER FOR US
 TO REVIEW THE SITE PLAN FOR PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE
 CONNECTIVITY AS WELL AS VEHICULAR ACCESS.
