 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE CORRECT THE TREE DISPOSITION PLAN SHEET TS-2
 FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 ? IDENTIFY ALL TREES CORRECTLY FOR SPECIES. REFERENCE
 THE PREVIOUS PLAN.
 ? AS A SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF EXISTING TREES ON SITE
 WERE PREVIOUSLY GOOD CANDIDATES FOR RELOCATION, PROVIDE
 ALL INFORMATION ON CONDITION OF EXISTING TREES.
 ? TREES TO BE RELOCATED NEED TO BE TAGGED WITH THEIR
 IDENTIFYING NUMBER, AND LOCATION SHOWN BY NUMBER ON THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 ? PROVIDE THE TREE CANOPY DIAMETER FOR EACH TREE ON THE
 DISPOSITION CHART.
 ? CORRECT THE MITIGATION CHART AFTER ALL CORRECTIONS
 ABOVE ARE MADE.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A SEPARATE PLAN SHOWING THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER WIDTHS PROPOSED AND WHAT IS REQUIRED BY CODE IN
 ORDER TO CLEARLY DEFINE THE BUFFER REQUESTS.
  
 3. REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER WIDTHS ARE 10 FEET FOR THE
 EAST AND SOUTH BUFFER, AND 5 FEET FOR THE WEST AND
 NORTH BUFFER. PLEASE CORRECT WAIVER #1 ON THE SITE PLAN
 AND NARRATIVE.
  
 4. PLEASE ACCOUNT FOR THE REQUIRED TREES ON ALL 4
 BUFFER LENGTHS, AND INDICATE IF ANY WILL BE ELIMINATED
 THROUGH THE WAIVER REQUESTS.
  
 5. CPD ZONING REQUIRES 20% LANDSCAPE AREA. PERVIOUS
 PAVERS CANNOT BE COUNTED AS LANDSCAPE AREA. CURBS MAY
 BE RELOCATED WITHIN THE PARKING SPACE TO A LOCATION TO
 PROVIDE A LANDSCAPED PERVIOUS OVERHANG AREA, AND
 ELIMINATE WHEEL STOPS.
  
 6. PLEASE CORRECT CALCULATIONS FOR THE BUFFER TREES
 REQUIRED FOR THE SOUTH BUFFER TO 14 REQUIRED.
  
 7. THE DATA PROVIDED IN THE LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS
 CHART ON SHEET LP-6 NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED TO REFLECT
 CURRENT CODE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE REQUIRED TREES FOR
 OPEN SPACE AND THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY POINTS
 REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF
 TREES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 8. PLEASE CORRECT THE OPEN SPACE AREA USED FOR
 CALCULATING TREE AND SHRUB REQUIREMENTS TO 40% OF THE
 TOTAL SITE AREA. THIS IS 163223 SQ. FT. NOT 81021 AS
 LISTED.
  
 9. PLEASE SHOW THE TOTAL INTERIOR LANDSCAPE AREA
 REQUIRED FOR SECTIONS 94-443(C)3 AND (C)4 AND INCLUDE A
 PLAN SHOWING LOCATIONS OF PROVIDED AREA.
  
 10. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 40 PERCENT BUILDING
 LANDSCAPING PER SECTION 94-443(D)(2)B FOR EACH OF THE
 RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS, AND 30 PERCENT PER SECTION
 94-443(E)(1) FOR EACH OF THE COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS.
  
 11. PLEASE PROVIDE A CONTINUOUS HEDGE AROUND THE THREE
 NON-ACCESS SIDES OF ALL DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES.
  
 12. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TERMINAL LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND FOR THE ROWS OF PARKING TO THE NORTH OF THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE,
 SHEET LP-2.
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TERMINAL LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND FOR THE ROW OF PARKING ADJACENT TO THE ADA
 SPACE, SHEET LP-3.
  
 14. STREET TREES LOCATED IN TREE GRATES IN A SIDEWALK
 OR PAVED AREA SHALL HAVE STRUCTURAL SOIL EXTENDING 5
 FEET IN ALL DIRECTIONS AND UP TO THE CURB. INDICATE
 STRUCTURAL SOIL LOCATIONS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND
 PROVIDE A TYPICAL STRUCTURAL SOIL DETAIL ON THE
 LANDSCAPE DETAIL PAGE.
  
 15. PLEASE ADJUST THE REQUIRED SIZE OF THE LIGUSTRUM,
 CORDIA, CALYPTRANTHES, LAGERSTROEMIA MUSKOGEE AND
 STEMMADENIA TO 12 FEET OR PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT
 THIS SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE.
  
 16. DURANTA ERECTA IS NOT DOCUMENTED AS A FLORIDA
 NATIVE PLANT. PLEASE REVISE ON PLANT LIST.
  
 17. PHILODENDRON ROJO CONGO AND STENOTAPHRUM DO NOT
 HAVE THE NATIVE OR DROUGHT TOLERANT COLUMNS COMPLETE ON
 THE PLANT LIST. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 18. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 19. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT INCLUDING FPL TRANSFORMERS, A/C UNITS, ETC.,
 AND PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT
 AND UTILITIES.
  
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
 THE REVIEW PROCESS CONTINUES.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING, TREE GRATES AND IRRIGATION ADJACENT TO
 THE PROPERTY. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A SEPARATE
 MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
