 THIS IS AN INITIAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS, AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES. FOLLOWING COMMENTS NEED TO BE
 ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. SUBMIT ESTIMATES FOR WATER AND FIRE DEMAND, BOTH
 AVERAGE AND PEAK FLOW WITH PEAKING FACTOR. ALSO SUBMIT
 ESTIMATES OF SANITARY SEWER FLOW FOR THE PROPOSED
 DEVELOPMENT. SHOW PROJECTED DEMANDS ON THE UTILITY PLAN
 SHEET;
  
 2. CITY USES NGVD 1929. PLEASE PROVIDE CONVERSION FROM
 NAVD 1988 TO NGVD 1929 IN PLAN SHEETS;
  
 3. THERE IS NO AS-BUILT INFORMATION OF A 6-INCH DIP
 WATERMAIN ON HAMPTON ROAD, EXCEPT ON WPB GIS MAPS WHICH
 MIGHT BE INACCURATE. ALL EXISTING AS-BUILTS ILLUSTRATES
 A 3-INCH ASBESTOS CEMENT PIPE. WATERMAIN WILL NEED TO
 BE REPLACED FROM A 3-INCH AC TO A 8-INCH DIP FROM EAST
 OF FLORIDA EAST COAST TRAIN TRACKS TO S DIXIE HWY;
  
 4. PROPOSED SANITARY SEWER WILL NEED A MANHOLE AT
 RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR CITY'S POINT OF SERVICE;
  
 5. PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO ASSESS EXISTING
 LIFT STATION CONDITIONS;
  
 6. SEVERAL OF THE PROPOSED FIRE HYDRANT LOCATIONS ARE
 BEING OBSTRUCTED BY PARKED VEHICLES. PLEASE REFER TO
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH STANDARD DETAIL P-8 FOR MINIMUM
 CLEARANCE ON SHEET C4.02;
  
 7. EXISTING OVERHEARD ELECTRIC CONFLICTS WITH PROPOSED
 ON-STREET PARKING AT HAMPTON ROAD. ARE THE UTILITIES
 GOING UNDERGROUND OR RELOCATED?
  
 8. THE AVAILABLE WATER PRESSURE IN THIS PORTION OF THE
 CITY MAY NOT BE ACCEPTABLE AT ELEVATIONS HIGHER THAN
 THE 2ND FLOOR. WE RECOMMEND A LONG-TERM PRESSURE STUDY
 BE PERFORMED PRIOR TO FINALIZATION OF THE UTILITY
 DESIGN;
  
  
 9. PLEASE ALSO SHOW ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, WHEN
 SUBMITTED IN THE NEXT REVIEW PHASE, SHOW THE SIGHT
 TRIANGLES ON HAMPTON ROAD FOR VEHICULAR EXITS FROM THE
 SITE. (SECTION 94-305E, CODE OF ORDINANCES);
  
 10. A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 NON-STANDARD ELEMENTS (TREES AND TREE GRATES; PAVERS,
 ETC.) PROPOSED WITHIN RIGHT-OF-WAYS;
  
  
 AFTER THE SITE PLAN IS APPROVED, IN THE NEXT PHASE, THE
 FOLLOWING GENERAL COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL:
  
 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION WILL
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
 THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS
 CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE LINK: HTTP

 2. PLEASE SUBMIT THE LATEST VERSION OF THE 'AUTO-CALC
 CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE FORM' FOR SUBMISSION TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT FOR ADDITIONAL
 WORK PROPOSED. THIS FORM CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE
 FOLLOWING LINK: HTTP://WPB.ORG/DEPARTMENTS/ENGINEERING-
 PUBLIC-WORKS/FORMS,-PERMITS-APPLICATIONS
  
 3. SUBMIT WITH THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
 APPLICATION SIGNED & SEALED ENGINEER/MEP WATER AND
 SANITARY SEWER CALCULATION (IN DETAIL I.E. AVERAGE AND
 PEAK WITH PEAKING FACTOR). SUBMIT CALCULATIONS TO
 VALIDATE METER SIZE SELECTION. SHOW THESE CALCULATIONS
 ON THE UTILITY PLAN SHEET AS WELL;
  
 4. CCTV MUST BE PROVIDED FROM MANHOLE TO MANHOLE WHERE
 THE PROPOSED SANITARY SEWER WILL BE LOCATED. CONTACT ME
 FOR THE MANHOLE NUMBER AND SUBMIT CD WITH THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION.
 COORDINATE WITH UTILITIES O&M SANITARY SEWER
 SUPERINTENDENT CHARLES PHOENIX PROVIDE 48-HOUR NOTICE
 AND MUST OBTAIN A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT;
  
 5. SHOW THE NEAREST FIRE HYDRANT TO THIS SITE ON THE
 FINAL UTILITY PLAN. FIRE HYDRANT FLOW TEST DATA FROM
 EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT WILL BE REQUIRED PART OF THE PLAN
 SUBMITTAL. SHOW HYDRANT FLOW TEST DATA RESULT ON THE
 PLANS;
  
 6. FIRE HYDRANT TEST CAN BE REQUESTED AT (561)804-4700;
  
 7. ALL PROPOSED FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTIONS SHALL BE
 WITHIN 100 FEET OF A FIRE HYDRANT AND SHALL BE WITHIN
 AN EASEMENT WITHIN THE PROPERTY;
  
 8. PLEASE INCLUDE THE LATEST VERSION OF THE APPLICABLE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH STANDARD UTILITY DETAILS TO THE
 DETAIL SHEET/S DURING SUBMISSION OF THE FINAL
 ENGINEERING PLANS. CONTACT THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT FOR THE LATEST REVISED DETAILS IN CAD
 FORMAT. CITY'S STANDARD DETAILS (IN PDF FILE FORMAT)

 9. PLACEMENT OF THE ANY PROPOSED METER, BACKFLOW
 PREVENTER, DCDA ETC. SHALL BE INSTALLED PER THE CITY'S
 STANDARD DETAILS. WATER METER SHOULD BE WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY OR INSIDE AN 'UTILITY EASEMENT' JUST
 INSIDE THE PROPERTY NEAR THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
 ACCESSIBLE;
  
 10. IN THE FINAL PLANS, MUST PROVIDE UTILITY CONFLICT
 TABLE (BOTTOM AND TOP OF CROSSING PIPES) AT THE
 CONFLICT POINTS OF ALL WATER, STORM AND SANITARY SEWER
 PIPES AS WELL AS OTHER FRANCHISE UTILITIES. EXISTING
 UTILITIES WITHIN THE PROPOSED SANITARY SEWER LATERAL
 ARE TO BE VERIFIED VIA SOFTDIGS, PROVIDE ALL UTILITY
 CROSSING INFORMATION;
  
 11. IN THE FINAL PLANS, SHOW DIRECTION OF FLOW FOR THE
 EXISTING SANITARY SEWER. SHOW INVERT AT CONNECTION
 POINTS AND INCLUDE A PROFILE FOR THE PROPOSED SERVICE
 LATERAL WITH GROUND ELEVATIONS ABOVE THE PIPE;
  
 12. PAVEMENT RESTORATION FOR OPEN CUT/TRENCH FOR
 UTILITY CONNECTION WORKS WILL NEED TO BE IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH 2016 CITY STANDARD DETAIL GC-9. THE ROAD SHALL BE
 MILLED/RESURFACED FOR FULL LANE WIDTH OF THE TRAVEL
 LANE(S) ENCROACHED BY THE TRENCH AREA, INCLUDING A
 TRANSITION AREA OF 50 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE TRENCH.
 PLEASE SHOW ON THE FINAL PLANS THE EXTENT OF THE
 MILLING AND RESURFACING;
  
 13. SHOW ON THE FINAL PLANS SIZE AND MATERIAL OF ALL
 EXISTING UTILITIES ON HAMPTON ROAD AND S DIXIE HWY
 INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WATER, SEWER, GAS,
 UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC CONDUITS ETC. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE
 SOURCE OF THE AS-BUILT INFORMATION UTILIZED FOR THE
 POTABLE WATER, SANITARY SEWER, AND STORM SEWER DESIGN;
  
 14. FOR THE FINAL WATER AND SEWER PLANS, INCLUDE A NOTE
 THAT: AS OF DECEMBER 20, 2015 THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL MANUAL HAS BEEN REVISED,
 MAKING KNOWN THAT "ALL BACKFLOW DEVICES MUST BE LEAD
