 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY MARCH 10, 2018),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) PROVIDE A RECENT SURVEY SHOWING THE EXISTING
 CONDITIONS.
  
 2) WHAT IS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE SERVICE DROP-OFF
 BUILDING THAT IS BEING REMOVED?
  
 3) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE NEW TIRE ENCLOSURE, TO
 INCLUDE BASE MATERIAL AND SCREENING.
  
 4) THE OUTDOOR STORAGE SPACE HAS BEEN REDUCED BY ONE
 PARKING SPACE. PLEASE UPDATE THE TABLE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 5) THE PROPOSES SITE PLAN REMOVES TWO (2) REGULAR
 PARKING SPACES FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE TIRE
 ENCLOSURE AND REMOVES FOUR (4) REGULAR AND TWO (2) ADA
 PARKING SPACES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW CARWASH
 THAT WERE APPROVED ON THE CURRENT SITE PLAN. PLEASE
 UPDATE THE TABLE ACCORDINGLY. NOTE: THERE IS EXCESS
 REGULAR AND ADA PARKING.
  
 6) THE PLANS SHALL CLEARLY SHOW THE REMOVAL OF THE
 APRON WITHIN THE EXCHANGE COURT ROW AT THE LOCATION OF
 THE OLD DRIVEWAY.
  
 7) THE PHASE 1 DETAIL ON SHEET SP-4 NEEDS TO BE UPDATED
 TO MATCH THE PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO THE SITE PLAN.
 ALTERNATIVELY, IT MAY BE REMOVED SINCE IT NO LONGER
 APPLIES WITH THE CURRENT COMPLETION OF THE PORSCHE
 DEALERSHIP.
  
 8) A TREE IS REQUIRED IN THE NEW TERMINAL ISLAND
 ADJACENT TO THE TIRE ENCLOSURE.
  
 9) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW THE REQUIRED BUFFER
 LANDSCAPE AT THE LOCATION OF THE DRIVEWAY TO BE
 RELOCATED.
  
 10) BRAMAN HAS SUBMITTED A PERMIT FOR A NEW GENERATOR
 TO BE LOCATED BEHIND BUILDING B, NEAR THE BICYCLE RACK.
 THE NEW GENERATOR AND SCREENING, AS WELL AS THE ACTUAL
 EXISTING CONDITIONS IN THIS LOCATION (DOORWAY, RAMP,
 ETC.) NEED TO BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS. PLEASE CONTACT THE
 CONTRACTOR FOR DETAILS ON THE GENERATOR PERMIT.
  
 11) THERE ARE TREES SHOWN IN THE 10 FOOT X 24 FOOT
 UTILITY EASEMENT ADJACENT TO THE CAR DROP AREA. THIS
 WAS PREVIOUSLY SHOWN AS THE LOCATION OF THE EXISTING
 FPL TRANSFORMER AND IS THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE GAS
 METER FOR THE NEW GENERATOR. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT
 HAPPENED TO THE FPL TRANSFORMER AND SHOW HOW THE GAS
 METER WILL BE INSTALLED IN THIS LOCATION.
  
 12) THE SABEL PALMS MAY NOT BE REMOVED FOR THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE PROPOSED ROLLING GATE. THESE PALMS
 WERE REQUIRED TO HELP BUFFER THE SITE AS PART OF THE
 TRUCK PULL OFF AREA. THE GATE MAY NOT BE INSTALLED IN
 THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER, UNLESS THE BUFFER IS WIDENED TO
 ACCOMMODATE THE REQUIRED PALM TREES.
  
 13) THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE
 PROPOSED ROLLING GATE.
