 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY JULY 22, 2018), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED,
 THEREFORE THE APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL

 -- THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PALM BEACH COUNTY? SCHOOL
 CAPACITY AVAILABILITY DETERMINATION RECOMMENDS THE
 FOLLOWING CONDITION.
  
 "IN ORDER TO ADDRESS THE SCHOOL CAPACITY DEFICIENCY
 CREATED BY THIS PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT THE DISTRICT
 MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL, THE PROPERTY OWNER IS
 REQUIRED TO CONTRIBUTE A TOTAL OF $27,740 TO THE SCHOOL
 DISTRICT OF PALM BEACH COUNTY PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF
 FIRST BUILDING PERMIT. THIS SCHOOL CAPACITY
 CONTRIBUTION IS INTENDED TO SUPPLEMENT THE REQUIRED
 SCHOOL IMPACT FEE (IMPACT FEE CREDIT HAS ALREADY BEEN
 APPLIED)."

 A PHASE II ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE

 SPECIFIC COMMENTS
  
 --ARCHITECTURAL PLANS- PLANS FOR AMENITIES ON 3RD LEVEL
 ARE STILL UNCLEAR. PLANTER BOXES ARE NOW LABELED IN THE
 COURTYARD LAWN AREA AND AT ONE CORNER CALLED OUT AS THE
 LEVEL 3 AMENITY DECK. HOWEVER THERE ARE LARGE AMOUNTS
 OF LEVEL 3 CIRCULATION PATH AREAS AND COVERED ROOF DECK
 AREAS THAT ACT AS CIRCULATION TO ENTER INTO UNITS.
 THESE AREAS STILL CONTAIN LARGE UNLABELED RECTANGLES.
  
 --ARCHITECTURAL PLANS- CONCEPTUAL RENDERINGS CONVEY
 MESSAGE OF GREATER BALANCE OF GREEN AREA IN COMMON
 AREAS THEN DEPICTED ON PLANS AND NO GREEN AREA IS
 PROPOSED ON OPPOSITE CORNER WHICH IS ACROSS FROM
 RESIDENTIAL ZONING. UPDATE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS TO ADD
 MORE PLANTERS FOR TO CONVEY MESSAGE OF RENDERINGS AND
 ADD ON BOTH SIDES OF LEVEL THREE.
  
 --ARCHITECTURAL PLANS- PREVIOUS SUBMITTALS HAVE ALL
 INDICATED 6 STORIES AND A MEZZANINE. THE MOST RECENT
 SUBMITTAL INDICATES 7 STORIES. PLEASE EXPLAIN OR
 ADJUST.
  
 --MASTER SIGN PLAN- MONUMENT SIGNS ARE INCOMPATIBLE
 WITH THE CHARACTER OF SURROUNDING PROPERTIES AND THE
 DISTRICT.
  
 --MASTER SIGN PLAN ? PARKING AREA AND DIRECTIONAL SIGNS
 SHOULD BE MODIFIED TO ADDRESS CRIME PREVENTION THROUGH
 ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN (CPTED).
  
 --MASTER SIGN PLAN- PLEASE REVIEW WALL SIGNAGE TO MAKE
 CONSISTENT WITH HISTORICAL CHARACTER OF THE AREA AND
