| | AREA AND OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS IN CHAPTER 5 OF THE |

| | 8. MEANS OF EGRESS FROM THE RESIDENTIAL UNITS. THE |
| | SUBMITTED PLANS A2.01 THROUGH A2.06 DO NOT SHOW THE |
| | ENTRANCES OF THE RESIDENTIAL UNITS. THERE IS |
| | INSUFFICIENT INFOMATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER ALL OF THE |
| | FIRST FLOOR RESIDENTIAL UNITS HAVE AT LEAST ONE |
| | ENTRACNCE DIRECT TO THE OUTSIDE, SUCH THAT OCCUPANTS |
| | ARE NOT COMPELLED TO EGRESS THROUGH THE PARKING GARAGE, |
| | AND WHETHER THE OCCUPANTS OF SOME OF THE THIRD AND |
| | FOURTH FLOOR UNITS HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE VIA THE "EXTERIOR |
| | ROOF DECK AND CIRCULATION PATH" AND THEN RE-ENTER THE |
| | BUILDING TO GET TO THE THEIR SECOND INDEPENDENT EXIT |
| | STAIR. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT, PER SECTION 1014.3 OF THE |
| | FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, THE ALLOWABLE COMMON PATH OF |
| | TRAVEL IS 125 FEET FOR AN R-2 OCCUPANCY IN A FULLY |
| | SPRINKLER PROTECTED BUILDING. |
