 SHEET SHOWS DISCREPANCIES FROM THE APPROVED PLANS ON
 FILE WITH THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DIVISION. YOU NEED
 TO EITHER SUBMIT THE LISTED PLANS AS PART OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT TO CORRECT THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES RECORDS, OR
 PROVIDE THE PERMIT NUMBER(S) WHICH COVER THE FIELD
 BULLETIN #20 CHANGES.

 REQUIRED TREES. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY AN EXTRA TREE IS NOW
 REQUIRED, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY UPDATE THE LANDSCAPE
 PLANS TO SHOW THAT THERE ARE 202 TREES PROVIDED. THE
 UPDATED LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOWING 202 REQUIRED TREES NEED
 TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DIVISION
 AS PART OF A LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
  
 6) THE SUBMITTED PLANS ARE TO BE THE AS-BUILT PLANS.
 THE PLANS LISTED BELOW SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE FENCE
 AND GATE AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING FOR THE FIRE
 DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROAD AT APPROXIMATELY 80 FEET BACK
 FROM THE WESTERN BUILDING WALL OF THE GARAGE. THIS IS
 ALSO AS IT IS SHOWN ON FENCE PERMIT 16120812. THE FENCE
 WAS NOT INSTALLED AT 80 FEET BACK, BUT RATHER AT 90
 FEET BACK. THE FENCE EITHER NEEDS TO BE MOVED TO COMPLY
 WITH THE APPROVED PLANS (PREFERRED OPTION SINCE THE
 CURRENT LOCATION IS DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO A TREE, WHICH
 WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS AS THE TREE GROWS, FOR BOTH THE
 TREE AND THE FENCE) OR REVISE THE LISTED PLANS FOR THE
 MINOR AMENDMENT AND SUBMIT A REVISED FENCE PERMIT TO
 SHOW THE ACTUAL INSTALL LOCATION.
