 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION
 LINE CREATES A NONCONFORMITY TO THE LANDSCAPE CODE FOR
 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFERS. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE
 PLANS FOR THE BUFFERS FOR BOTH SIDES OF THE NEW
 PROPERTY LINE MEETING CURRENT CODE.
  
 2. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE
 AND SITE PLANS TO SHOW THE PERCENTAGE OF ACTUAL
 LANDSCAPE AREA SEPARATELY FROM THE PERVIOUS AREA FOR
 THE EXISTING LOTS AND PROPOSED LOTS IN ORDER TO
 DETERMINE IF ANY NONCONFORMITY IS CREATED OR INCREASED.
  
 3. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN TO SHOW EXISTING LANDSCAPING ON EACH NEW LOT SO
 THAT CONFORMITIES CAN BE VERIFIED.
  
 PLEASE SEE THE APPROVAL LETTER FOR CONDITIONS OF
