 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE UPDATE PLAN TO CURRENT LANDSCAPE
 CODE AS OF APRIL 21, 2017. THESE UPDATES INCLUDE TREE
 AND FLOWERING TREE REQUIREMENTS, FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS, AND SUBSTITUTION OF PALM TREES.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE COMPLETE THE TREE DISPOSITIONS ON
 THE TREE INVENTORY CHART.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF
 WHY THE LIVE OAK #20 ON SITE CANNOT BE RELOCATED.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF WATER AND SEWER
 LINES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 6. SATISFIED. REVISE CALCULATIONS OF REQUIRED TREES AND
 SHRUBS TO CURRENT CODE, AND ADD THE REQUIRED TREES (2
 PER UNIT) PER SECTION 94-443(D).
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE CORRECT CALCULATIONS FOR BUFFER
 TREE REQUIREMENTS FOR WEST PROPERTY LINE TO 7, AND
 PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TREES OR NUMBER OF SUBSTITUTE
 PALMS PER CURRENT CODE REQUIREMENTS (3:1).
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE REQUIRED HEDGE FOR THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.

 OPTIONS, AS IT IS NO LONGER APPLICABLE, AND UPDATE THE
 FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE OPTIONS CHART.
  
 10. SATISFIED. IF THE PARKING IS TO REMAIN IN THE
 PROPOSED LOCATION, THE TERMINAL ISLAND LANDSCAPE MUST
 MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS.
