 THIS CASE OFF OF ALPHA ROAD) WITH INGRESS/EGRESS OFF OF
 ALPHA ROAD. CONSIDER REDUCED PARKING SPACES OR ANGLED
 PARKING TO MAXIMIZE THIS PORTION OF THE SITE.
  
 2.) LABEL DISTANCE BETWEEN PRIMARY STRUCTURE AND
 ACCESSORY BUILDING
  
 3.) PLEASE INCLUDE ACCURATE AND UP TO DATE CITY
 APPROVED DETAILS FOR BIKE RACK, DUMPSTER, AND STRIPING
 FOR PARKING STALLS
  
 4.) PROVIDE SIDEWALK TO ENABLE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS
  
 -WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF ELEVEN
 (11) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG/.PDF
 FORMAT OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 -PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUTE TO NOT BE SUFFIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20 PERCENT OF THE ORIGNAL APPLICATION FEE.
  
 -PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING, THE CASE SHALL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE
