 FRONTAGES AT 30' INTERVALS.

 10. NOT SATISFIED - SETBACK REQUIREMENT ON DATURA
 STREET ENCROACHES INTO SURFACE PARKING LOT. PLEASE
 LOCATE PROPOSED GATES OUTSIDE THE MINIMUM SETBACK LINE.
 PARKING SPACES CAN BE REDUCED TO 8'-6" TO PROVIDE FOR
 THE ADDITONAL ROOM NEEDED TO COMPLY WITHOUT AFFECTING
 THE NUMBER OF SPACES. THE SPACE BETWEEN THE PROPERTY
 LINE AND THE SETBACK LINE CAN BE USED AS LANDSCAPE
 AREA. 11/8/17- PROPERTY LINES SHALL BE SHOWN ON
 PROPOSED SITE PLAN. BUILDING MODIFICATIONS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH SETBACK AND ENCROACHMENT REGULATIONS, REQUIRED
 SETBACK ALONG DATURA ST IS 16', AND ALONG OLIVE AVE IS
 12'. ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENT SHALL NOT ENCROACH THE
 SETBACK BEYOND TWO FEET.
 11. NOT SATISFIED - FENCE SHALL BE LOCATED OUTSIDE THE
