 1. AS PART OF THIS APPLICATION, THE APPLICANT IS
 PROPOSING TO REMOVE THE ONLY VEHICULAR PARKING SERVING
 THE ATHLETIC FIELDS WHICH IS WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH. SAID REMOVAL OF PARKING FROM
 THE PLANS WOULD RESULT IN THE PROJECT BEING
 INCONSISTENT WITH ARTICLE XV PARKING, SECTION. 94-485.
 GENERAL PROVISIONS (B) LOCATION OF PARKING AND LOADING
 SPACES, WHICH STATES THAT ?REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING
 AND LOADING SPACES FOR??? ?NONRESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES
 SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE SAME PROPERTY ON WHICH THE USE
 OR STRUCTURE EXISTS?? AND WITH ARTICLE XV PARKING,
 SECTION. 94-485. GENERAL PROVISIONS(C) OWNERSHIP OF
 PARKING AND LOADING SPACES, WHICH STATES THAT ?THE
 TITLE OF ALL PROPERTY ON WHICH REQUIRED PARKING AND
 LOADING IS PROVIDED SHALL BE UNIFIED WITH THE TITLE OF
 ALL PROPERTY ON WHICH THE USES SERVED ARE LOCATED.?.
  
 2. THE DIFFERENT PARCELS WITHIN THE PROJECT SHOULD BE
 COMBINED INTO ONE AS THEY ARE ALL PART OF THE SAME USE
 AND DEVELOPMENT.
  
 3. STAFF SUGGESTS NOT REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF BICYCLE
 PARKING FROM THE CURRENT APPROVAL. IF THE LOCATION OF
 THE CURRENTLY APPROVED BIKE RACKS DOES NOT WORK WITH
 THE REVISED PLANS, STAFF SUGGESTS RELOCATING, NOT
 REMOVING, THE BIKE PARKING FROM THE PLANS.
  
 4. THE APPLICANT NEEDS TO INCLUDE IN THE PLANS THE
 NUMBER OF SEATS THAT WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE PROPOSED
 BASEBALL BLEACHERS AS THEY WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE
 ANY POTENTIAL IMPACTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS FACILITY.
