 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE SUBMIT COMPLETE LANDSCAPE PLANS
 FOR THE PROJECT. THE BUFFERS AND PARKING AREA
 LANDSCAPING IS SHOWN AS SHADOWED ON THE SUBMITTED
 PLANS, AND THERE ARE NUMEROUS INCONSISTENCIES. ALL
 CALCULATIONS, PLANT LISTS AND LOCATIONS MUST BE
 COMPREHENSIVE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE, AND
 PLANS MUST BE SUITABLE FOR PERMITTING.
  
 PLEASE CONSOLIDATE PLANT LISTS AND SHOW CALCULATIONS
 BASED ON THE COMBINED PLANT LIST AND UPDATE
 CALCULATIONS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR THE AREAS
 COUNTED TOWARD THE BUILDING PERIMETER LANDSCAPING
 REQUIREMENT OF 40% FOR EACH BUILDING PER SECTION

 TREES SHOWING THE QUANTITIES TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS

 MULTIFAMILY BUILDINGS PER SECTION 94-443(D)(2)A.
  
 PLEASE CONSOLIDATE PLANT LISTS AND SHOW CALCULATIONS
 BASED ON THE COMBINED PLANT LIST AND UPDATE
 CALCULATIONS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE UPDATE THE CODE COMPLIANCE CHART
 AND FLORIDA FRIENDLY CHART TO REFLECT THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 5. SATISFIED. LIGHT FIXTURES ARE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN THAT DO NOT MATCH THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SUBMITTED.
 REQUIRED TREES MUST BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND
 LIGHT POLE LOCATIONS ADJUSTED TO ELIMINATE CONFLICTS.
  
 6. SATISFIED. ALL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS MUST MEET CODE FOR
 REQUIRED TREES, OR EQUIVALENT OF 3 PALMS IF
 SUBSTITUTING PALMS. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW
 THE SUBSTITUTION OF PALMS DOES NOT EXCEED THE CODE
 LIMITATIONS.
  
 PROVIDE THE CODE REQUIRED TREE FOR THE NORTHWEST
 TERMINAL ISLAND IN THE PARKING AREA WEST OF BUILDING 4,
 AND IN BOTH TERMINAL ISLANDS ADJACENT TO THE PARKING
 SPACES IN FRONT OF THE CLUBHOUSE (BUILDING 7).
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION OF ALL WATER,
 SEWER, AND DRAINAGE LINES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE INCLUDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND
 SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 9. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND
 MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 10/23/17:
 10. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE RELOCATE THE CURBS
 TO THE POSITION OF THE WHEEL STOPS AND PROVIDE A
 LANDSCAPED OVERHANG WHERE POSSIBLE WITHIN THE PARKING
 AREAS TO PROVIDE MORE PERVIOUS LANDSCAPE AREA AND
 CHANGE THE SPECIES TO LARGER SCALE SHADE TREES IN THE
 TWO LANDSCAPE DIVIDER STRIPS.
  
 11. SATISFIED. PLEASE ADD THE PALMS IN FRONT OF
 BUILDING 4 IN THE CENTER LANDSCAPE AREA AT THE FRONT OF
 THE BUILDING. ADD ROOT BARRIER AS REQUIRED.
  
 12. SATISFIED. ADJUST THE SIZE OF THE NON GARAGE ACCESS
 PARKING SPACE AT THE END OF EACH ROW OF PARKING ON BOTH
 ENDS OF BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6 TO A STANDARD SIZE SPACE.
 THERE ARE A TOTAL OF 6 SPACES.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST BUILDING PERMIT
 FOR THE PROJECT, THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, SITE PLAN, AND
 ENGINEERING PAVING AND DRAINAGE PLANS SHALL BE REVISED
 TO RELOCATE THE CURBS TO THE POSITION OF THE WHEEL
 STOPS AND PROVIDE A LANDSCAPED OVERHANG WHERE POSSIBLE
 WITHIN THE PARKING AREAS TO PROVIDE MORE PERVIOUS
 LANDSCAPE AREA. THE DESIGN SHALL FOLLOW THE TYPICAL
 PARKING STALL LAYOUT AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS.
