 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THESE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM TODAY?S DATE (SEPTEMBER 5, 2017), THE CASE SHALL
 BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL
 REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
  
 1. PLEASE ADDRESS THE MULTIPLE INCONSISTENCIES BETWEEN
 THE LOCATIONS AND TYPOLOGIES OF THE LIGHT POLES
 DEPICTED IN THE SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN AND THOSE
 DEPICTED IN THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN. ALL PLANS MUST SHOW
 THE SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 2. THE PROPOSED PLANS SHOW GAPS ON THE SIDEWALKS
 FRONTING BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH AND
 WEST SIDES OF THE SITE. THESE SIDEWALK GAPS PREVENT THE
 SAFE AND EFFICIENT CIRCULATION OF PEDESTRIANS WITHIN
 THE PROJECT. IN ADDITION, THE SITE PLAN IS MISSING THE
 PEDESTRIAN CROSSING STRIPING THAT CONNECTS THE
 SIDEWALKS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE PARKING LOT LOCATED
 BETWEEN BUILDINGS 2 AND 3. THE PLANS NEED TO BE REVISED
 TO ADD THE MISSING SIDEWALKS AND MISSING PEDESTRIAN
 CROSSING STRIPING.
  
 3. THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING ON THE SOUTHWEST SECTION OF
 THE SITE SEEMS TO CONNECT THE SIDEWALK FRONTING
 BUILDING 4 TO WHAT THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS AS A
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND WITH A TREE TO THE SOUTHEAST OF
 BUILDING 5. THE PLANS NEED TO BE REVISED TO SHOW THE
 PEDESTRIAN CROSSING CONNECTING TO SIDEWALKS ON BOTH
 SIDES OF THE ROAD.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF WITH AUTOTURN (OR OTHER SIMILAR
 SOFTWARE) DRAWINGS THAT THE NEW PROPOSED MAIN ENTRANCE
 ROAD CONFIGURATION WILL ALLOW FOR SCHOOL BUSES TO TURN
 WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT. IN ADDITION, PLEASE PROVIDE
 GRAPHIC PROOF THAT THE SCHOOL BUSES WILL BE ABLE TO
 ADEQUATELY TURN AND STOP NEXT TO THE SCHOOL BUS SHELTER
 SHOWN NEAR THE ENTRANCE OF THE DEVELOPMENTS WHILE
 COMPLYING WITH THE APPROPRIATE AMERICANS WITH
 DISABILITY?S ACT (ADA) ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
 ALSO, THERE SHOULD BE A PAVED CONNECTION BETWEEN THE
 BUS SHELTER AND THE EDGE OF THE CURB IN FRONT OF THE
 SHELTER
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF WITH AUTOTURN (OR OTHER SIMILAR
 SOFTWARE) DRAWINGS THAT THE NEW PROPOSED MAIN ENTRANCE
 ROAD CONFIGURATION WILL ALLOW FOR VISITORS? CARS UNABLE
 TO ENTER PAST THE GATE TO TURN AFTER THE CALL BOX WHILE
 STILL ALLOWING FOR OTHER CARS TO DRIVE THROUGH THE
 VISITOR?S ENTRY LANE.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE A CURRENT SCHOOL CAPACITY
 AVAILABILITY DETERMINATION (SCAD) APPROVAL FROM THE
 SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PALM BEACH COUNTY CONFIRMING THAT
 THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT MEETS THE ADOPTED LEVEL OF
 SERVICE (LOS) FOR SCHOOLS.
  
 7. PLEASE INDICATE WHETHER ANY FENCES ARE PROPOSED
 AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE PUPPY PARK, THE SWIMMING
 POOL AREA NEXT TO THE CLUBHOUSE PARTIAL I, AND IN THE
 AREA AROUND THE CLUBHOUSE PARTIAL II. IF FENCES ARE
 PROPOSED IN ANY OF THESE AREAS THEN THEIR DETAILS
 SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE PLANS.
  
 8. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THIS
 APPLICATION SHOW SOME LANDSCAPE AREAS WHICH WERE PART
 OF THE PREVIOUS APPROVAL AS SHADOWED. THERE ARE SEVERAL
 LOCATIONS WITHIN THE NEW PLANS WHERE THERE ARE
 CONFLICTS BETWEEN THE SHADOWED LANDSCAPING AND OTHER
 REVISED COMPONENTS OF THE PLAN (E.G. TREES AFFECTING
 THE PARKING LOT NEAR THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE).
 AS A RESULT, PLEASE SUBMIT COMPLETE LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR
 THE PROJECT.
  
 9. STAFF SUGGESTS INCLUDING BICYCLE PARKING NEAR THE
 ENTRANCE TO THE CLUBHOUSE PARTIAL II BUILDING.
