 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE UPDATE PLAN TO
 CURRENT LANDSCAPE CODE AS OF APRIL 21, 2017. THESE
 UPDATES INCLUDE TREE AND FLOWERING TREE REQUIREMENTS,
 FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS, AND
 SUBSTITUTION OF PALM TREES.
 40 POINTS ARE REQUIRED FOR FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 POINTS.
  
 2. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF
 LIGHTING ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW CALCULATIONS FOR BUFFER TREE
 REQUIREMENTS. THE EAST BUFFER DOES NOT MEET THE CODE
 REQUIREMENTS AS SHOWN.
  
 4. SATISFIED. SOME LANDSCAPE AREA CAN BE GAINED IF THE
 CURB IS LOCATED IN PLACE OF WHEEL STOPS, ALLOWING THE
 OVERHANG TO BE GRASS OR GROUNDCOVER.
  
 5. SATISFIED. DOORS ARE SHOWN ON THE EAST AND SOUTH
 SIDES OF THE NEW BUILDING EXITING INTO LANDSCAPE
 BUFFERS. REQUIRED LANDSCAPING CANNOT BE ELIMINATED TO
 PROVIDE ACCESS. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 6. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. THE ADA SPACE NEEDS A TREE
 OR PALMS TO THE EAST TO SATISFY THE TERMINAL ISLAND
 REQUIREMENT. PLEASE REVISE.
 CHANGE TO A TRIPLE ALEXANDER TO MEET CODE.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW CALCULATIONS AND LANDSCAPE
 AREAS PROVIDED TO MEET THE PARKING AREA LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-44(C)(3) AND (4).
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A LANDSCAPE PERMIT FOR THE
 PROJECT THE APPLICANT SHALL REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 TO MEET CURRENT FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE CODE
 REQUIREMENTS OF 40 POINTS.
 3. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A LANDSCAPE PERMIT FOR THE
 PROJECT THE APPLICANT SHALL REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 TO CHANGE THE ALEXANDER PALM FROM A DOUBLE TO A TRIPLE
 TRUNK TO MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS.
 4. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A LANDSCAPE PERMIT FOR THE
 PROJECT THE APPLICANT SHALL REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 TO SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING TO AVOID CONFLICTS
 WITH LANDSCAPING.
