| | 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE |
| | SITE. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH |
| | FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE |
| | ADDRESSED FOR PERMITTING. |

| | 2. NEW FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAPS (FIRMS) WILL BE |
| | ADOPTED BEFORE OCTOBER 2017. THE PROPOSED BUILDING MAY |
| | BE IN FLOOD ZONE. THE CURRENT REQUIREMENT IS FOR THE |
| | ELEVATION OF THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE BUILDING AND ALL |
| | ASSOCIATED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (CHILLERS, GENERATORS |
| | ETC.) SHALL BE 12 INCHES (FREEBOARD) ABOVE THAT BASE |
| | FLOOD ELEVATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A PROPOSAL |
| | TO INCREASE THE FREEBOARD TO 24 INCHES SOMETIME AFTER |

| | 3. BUILDING SIZE. WHEN SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT, |

| | THE BUILDINGS WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HEIGHT, |
| | AREA AND OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS IN CHAPTER 5 OF THE |
| | FLORIDA BUILDING CODE |

| | 4. BUILDING LOCATION RELATIVE TO THE PROPERTY LINE AND |
| | OTHER STRUCTURES. WHEN SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT, |
| | COMPLIANCE WITH ALL BUILDING SEPARATION, PERCENTAGE OF |
| | OPENINGS AND OPENING PROTECTIVE REQUIREMENTS OF |
| | CHAPTERS 6 AND 7 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE SHALL BE |
| | VERIFIED. |

| | 5. THE ADDITION TO THE EXISTING BUILDING IS COVERED BY |
| | CHAPTER 11 OF THE FLORIDA EXISTING BUILDING CODE. THE |
