| | 1. SATISFIED. THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS WERE CHANGED |
| | TO SATISFY THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS, BUT HAVE NOW REVERTED |
| | TO THE SAME CONDITION WITH THIS SUBMITTAL. THE |
| | DETENTION AREA ADJACENT TO THE REDUCED SOUTH BUFFER HAS |
| | REAPPEARED. PLEASE RELOCATE THE DETENTION AREA TO AVOID |
| | CONFLICT WITH EXISTING TREES AND IN ITS PLACE ADD TREES |
| | TO INCREASE THE BUFFER. THERE ARE SEVERAL LARGE LIVE |
| | OAK TREES THAT ARE PROPOSED TO BE DESTROYED. STAFF |
| | RECOMMENDS RELOCATING THEM TO THIS AREA TO PROVIDE AN |
| | ADEQUATE BUFFER TO COMPENSATE FOR THE REDUCED BUFFER |
| | WIDTH. THIS WILL REDUCE THE MITIGATION PAYMENT AS A |
| | BENEFIT. |
| | THIS IS ALSO REPEATED IN THE ZONING COMMENTS. |
