 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 COMMENTS 1 THROUGH 17 PREVIOUSLY SATISFIED.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 10/20/2017:
 1. SATISFIED. THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS WERE CHANGED
 TO SATISFY THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS, BUT HAVE NOW REVERTED
 TO THE SAME CONDITION WITH THIS SUBMITTAL. THE
 DETENTION AREA ADJACENT TO THE REDUCED SOUTH BUFFER HAS
 REAPPEARED. PLEASE RELOCATE THE DETENTION AREA TO AVOID
 CONFLICT WITH EXISTING TREES AND IN ITS PLACE ADD TREES
 TO INCREASE THE BUFFER. THERE ARE SEVERAL LARGE LIVE
 OAK TREES THAT ARE PROPOSED TO BE DESTROYED. STAFF
 RECOMMENDS RELOCATING THEM TO THIS AREA TO PROVIDE AN
 ADEQUATE BUFFER TO COMPENSATE FOR THE REDUCED BUFFER
 WIDTH. THIS WILL REDUCE THE MITIGATION PAYMENT AS A
 BENEFIT.
 THIS IS ALSO REPEATED IN THE ZONING COMMENTS.
  
 2. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. ANY CHANGES PROPOSED FOR
 THE EXPANSION OR MODIFICATION OF THE NORTHERN PARKING
 AREAS WILL NEED TO HAVE LANDSCAPE PLANS SUBMITTED FOR
 REVIEW THAT MEET CURRENT CODE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 3. SATISFIED. THE LAUREL OAKS LISTED AS BEING REMOVED
 ARE A CATEGORY ONE TREE, NOT A CATEGORY TWO. PLEASE
 REVISE. THIS WILL ALSO AFFECT MITIGATION DUE.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2. PRIOR TO SCHEDULING FOR CITY COMMISSION, THE
 APPLICANT SHALL REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHEET LP-8 TO
 ADD TERMINAL ISLAND TREES FOR THE PARKING AREA IN ANY
 NONCONFORMING LOCATIONS, AND ADDRESS THE REMOVAL OF
 INVASIVE EXOTICS AND REDUCTION OF NON-CONFORMING
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER AREAS ADJACENT TO THE PARKING.
