| | THE SAME CONDITION WITH THIS SUBMITTAL. THE DETENTION |
| | AREA ADJACENT TO THE REDUCED SOUTH BUFFER HAS |
| | REAPPEARED. PLEASE RELOCATE THE DETENTION AREA TO AVOID |
| | CONFLICT WITH EXISTING TREES AND IN ITS PLACE ADD TREES |
| | TO INCREASE THE BUFFER. THERE ARE SEVERAL LARGE LIVE |
| | OAK TREES THAT ARE PROPOSED TO BE DESTROYED. STAFF |
| | RECOMMENDS RELOCATING THEM TO THIS AREA TO PROVIDE AN |
