 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE AN OPEN SPACE DIAGRAM AND
 CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THE REQUIRED 12% OPEN SPACE TO
 MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR NWD-5. QUALIFYING OPEN SPACE
 MUST MEET THE DEFINITIONS FOUND IN SECTION 94-109, AND
 SHOW THAT IT MEETS THE REQUIRED VEGETATED AND CANOPY
 AREAS FOR EACH CATEGORY.
  
 2. PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ADJACENT TO
 THE RESIDENTIAL SUBDISTRICT TO THE WEST MEETS ALL
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-113 (G).
  
 3. PLEASE CALCULATE THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF TREES,
 FLOWERING TREES, AND SHRUBS FOR THE PROPERTY BASED ON
 THE OPEN SPACE PROVIDED PER SECTION 94-113(E)(3). THE
 CALCULATIONS SHALL BE MADE USING THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 SECTION 94-442(B)(2)B. PLEASE SHOW THE NUMBER OF
 REQUIRED AND PROVIDED TREES AND SHRUBS.
  
 4. PLEASE ADD STREET TREES ALONG ROSEMARY AND 7TH
 STREET AS REQUIRED PER SECTION 94-113 (D). INCLUDE TREE
 GRATES, STRUCTURAL SOIL DETAIL AND LOCATION.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE IN ALL
 TERMINAL ISLANDS OR LANDSCAPE AREAS ADJACENT TO EACH
 ROW OF PARKING PER SECTION 94-113 (F)(2). LIGUSTRUM IS
 NOT A SHADE TREE.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 7. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF WATER AND SEWER LINES THAT
 SERVICE THE BUILDING, LOCATIONS OF ABOVE GROUND VALVES,
 AND LOCATION OF DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 8. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS AND PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL
 GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND SHOW
 LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE
 AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER,
 DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES
 THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TOTAL PERCENTAGE OF LANDSCAPE
 AREA.
  
 11. PLEASE REMOVE REFERENCE TO STONE AREAS IN PARKING
 LOT. GROUNDCOVER MAY BE USED IN PLACE OF SOD TO MEET
 THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-
  
 12. PLEASE RECHECK THE CREDITS TAKEN ON THE FLORIDA
 FRIENDLY DESIGN OPTIONS CHART.
 ? HIGH, MEDIUM AND LOW WATER USAGE AREAS NOT DEFINED
 ? NO GRASS AREAS INDICATED, SO CANNOT ESTABLISH CREDIT
 ? 51% OF REQUIRED TREES NOT LOW WATER USE.
  
 13. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DOES NOT MEET LANDSCAPE
 SCREENING REQUIREMENTS ALONG THE WEST SIDE.
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
  
 1. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
  
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A
 SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
