 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION CHART
 AND TREE MITIGATION CHART.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TREE OR
 EQUIVALENT IN THE LANDSCAPE TERMINAL ISLAND WEST OF THE
 PROPOSED GARAGE ENTRANCE. ALSO REVISE TO MAKE SURE THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND LENGTH IS EQUAL TO THE LENGTH OF THE
 ADJACENT PARKING SPACE.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS AND PROVIDE
 SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND SHOW
 LOCATIONS OF UTILITIES INCLUDING FPL, WATER, SEWER,
 DRAINAGE AND FIRE LINE TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PROVIDE ROOT BARRIER DETAIL AND SHOW
 LOCATIONS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 REQUIRED LINEAR FEET OF LANDSCAPED AREA AROUND THE
 STRUCTURE OF 30 PERCENT PER SECTION 94-443 (E)(1).
  
 7. SATISFIED. THE NARRATIVE REFERS TO REMOVING
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS, BUT DEMOLITION PLAN AND LANDSCAPE
 PLANS SHOW ALL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS REMAINING. PLEASE
 REVISE.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE PERCENTAGE OF PAVER
 AREA BEING COUNTED TOWARDS PERVIOUS AREA.
  
 9. SATISFIED. SPECIFYING HIGH WATER AND FERTILIZER USE
 PALMS SUCH AS FOXTAILS IN THE SAME AREA AS LOW WATER
 USE PALMS AND TREES POSES A HIGH RISK OF FAILURE.
 PLEASE CONSIDER A DIFFERENT SPECIES MORE COMPATIBLE
 SPECIES.
  
 10. SATISFIED. PLEASE ADDRESS THE PRUNING OF THE SILVER
 BUTTONWOOD TREES IN THE NORTH BUFFER ON SITE. THESE ARE
 NOT TO BE SHAPED, BUT SHOULD ONLY BE PRUNED CORRECTLY
 TO ALLOW THEM TO GROW TO THEIR FULL SIZE TO PROVIDE THE
 INTENDED BUFFER.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2. PRIOR TO SCHEDULING FOR PLANNING BOARD, THE
 APPLICANT SHALL REVISE THE DATA TABLE ON THE SITE PLAN
 AND LANDSCAPE PLAN TO SHOW SEPARATE LINE ITEMS FOR
 LANDSCAPE AREA , REQUIRED (15%) AND PROVIDED SQUARE
 FOOTAGE AND PERCENTAGE; AND IMPERVIOUS( 75%) AND
 PERVIOUS (25%) AREAS REQUIRED AND PROVIDED SQUARE
 FOOTAGE AND PERCENTAGE.
