| | 2. NEW FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAPS (FIRMS) WILL BE |
| | ADOPTED BEFORE OCTOBER 2017. THE PROPOSED BUILDING MAY |
| | BE IN FLOOD ZONE. THE CURRENT REQUIREMENT IS FOR THE |
| | ELEVATION OF THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE BUILDING AND ALL |
| | ASSOCIATED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (CHILLERS, GENERATORS |

| | 6. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS |
| | AND SUB-PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE COMMENCING THE |
| | WORK. SEPARATE PERMITS, PLANS AND FEES, ARE REQUIRED |
| | FOR SIGNS, GAS SYSTEMS, GENERATORS, FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, |
| | FIRE SPRINKLER AND OTHER FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS, |
