 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. THERE ARE OVERLAPS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS
 SHEET LP-2 AND L-5 THAT DO NOT DEPICT THE SAME
 MATERIAL. PLEASE CORRECT TO PROPOSE ONLY ONE LANDSCAPE
 DESIGN FOR EACH AREA.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE RECHECK AND CORRECT THE DROUGHT
 TOLERANCE LEVELS FOR THE PLANT SPECIES LISTED ON SHEET
 L-8 OF 10 WITH THE SOUTH FLORIDA EDITION OF WATERWISE.
 EXAMPLE- CARYOTA MITIS IS MODERATE NOT HIGH DROUGHT
 TOLERANCE.
 THERE ARE SEVERAL PLANTS WITH INCORRECT DROUGHT LEVELS.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE REMOVE THE SITE DESIGN TABULAR
 DATA CHART FROM SHEET L-8 OF 10 AS IT IS NOT
 APPLICABLE.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE SUBMIT LANDSCAPE PLANS AT 1:20
 SCALE FOR THE TENNIS AND CLUBHOUSE SHOWN ON SHEET LP-2
 OF 4.
 PLANS SUBMITTED AT 1:10 SCALE ARE TOO LARGE. PLEASE
 SUBMIT LANDSCAPE PLANS AT 1:20 SCALE.
  
 5. SATISFIED. THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER AT THE TURNAROUND
 CIRCLE IN POD C-2 DOES NOT MEET THE APPROVED PLAN OR
 THE DESIGN GUIDELINES (PAGE 31). PLEASE REVISE TO SHOW
 A CONTINUOUS LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW REQUIRED TREES IN THE TWO
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS IN THE PARKING AREA ADJACENT TO THE
 TENNIS COURTS (SHEET LP-2 OF 4).
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE LANDSCAPE FOR THE ADDED
 PARCEL ADJACENT TO THE ROAD LEADING TO THE OLD
 CLUBHOUSE LOCATION (SHEET LP-2 OF 4).
  
 8. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO SHOW
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS FOR THE CART PARKING SPACES
 ADJACENT TO THE CLUBHOUSE (SHEET LP-2 OF 4).
  
 9. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE PLANT SCHEDULE ON SHEET
 L-1 OF 2 FOR THE PRACTICE TEE TO BE COMPLETE WITH
 DROUGHT TOLERANCE LEVELS FOR ALL PLANTS.
 PLAN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN SUBMITTAL.
  
 10. ONGOING. THE TREE ALTERATION PERMIT MUST BE AMENDED
 TO INCLUDE THE AREAS ADDED TO THE PD, AND PROVIDE TREE
 DISPOSITION AND MITIGATION AS NECESSARY.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 6/9/17:
 11. SATISFIED. OVERALL, THE SITE PLANS AND LANDSCAPE
 PLANS NEED TO BE DIVIDED INTO SECTIONS SO THAT EACH POD
 AND ALL COMMON AREAS (ROADS) ARE CONSOLIDATED AND CODE
 REQUIREMENT CHARTS ARE ACCURATE. LANDSCAPE CODE
 REQUIREMENTS CANNOT BE EVALUATED WHEN PLANS MIX
 INFORMATION BETWEEN PODS AND COMMON AREAS.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 8/30/17:
  
 12. A CONDITION OF APPROVAL IS RECOMMENDED TO REQUIRE
 DESIGN OF THE LANDSCAPE BUFFERS DURING SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE
 BUFFERS ALONG THE ENTRANCE ROAD AND PRESIDENTIAL WAY AS
 PART OF THE TOWER PHASE.
  
 13. BUFFER TREES AT MAXIMUM 30 FOOT SPACING ARE
 REQUIRED FOR ALL PERIMETER BUFFERS BY THE CODE AND
 DESIGN GUIDELINES. THE BUFFER ADJACENT TO CONGRESS
 AVENUE SOUTH OF THE MAIN ENTRY ROAD DOES NOT MEET THE
 SPACING REQUIREMENTS, AND THE SPECIES DO NOT MEET THE
 TREE REQUIREMENTS TO ACHIEVE BUFFERING AS INTENDED.
 PLEASE REVISE TO ACHIEVE THE SAME TREE CANOPY AS THE
 NORTHERN PORTION OF THE BUFFER ALREADY COMPLETED.
  
 14. PLEASE CORRECT THE NOTE ON VILLA SHEETS TO
 REFERENCE-27 RATHER THAN L-20 FOR THE PLANT LIST.
  
 15. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW PALMS DO NOT
 EXCEED THE 35 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED TREES FOR THE
 HOTEL, PARKING STRUCTURE AND POOL LANDSCAPE SHEETS.
  
 16. PLEASE PROVIDE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY POINTS CHART
 FOR THE HOTEL, PARKING STRUCTURE AND POOL LANDSCAPE
 SHEETS.
  
 17. PLEASE PROVIDE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE AREA
 ADJACENT TO THE ENVOY WHERE THE LARGE FICUS TREE IS
 PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED, AND INCLUDE ANY ADDITIONAL
 LANDSCAPING PROPOSED TO ENHANCE THE AREA.
