 2.) THE INTERIOR SIDE SETBACK IS NOTED AS BEING 20'-8"
 IN THE TABLE ON SHEET G-2; HOWEVER, THE SITE PLAN
 (SHEET A-0.1) INDICATES THAT THE SIDE SETBACK IS 20'-0"
 (HIGHLIGHTED). PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 3.) PLEASE REFERENCE/ADD NOTE IN THE TABLE ON SHEET
 (G-2) THAT THE VARIANCES HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY ZBA
 FINAL ORDER 3356.
  
 4.) NO STRUCTURES ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE (I.E. 6
 FT. HIGH FENCE) SHALL BE PLACED WITHIN THE 5 FT. WIDE
 UTILITY EASEMENT, UNLESS A HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
 BETWEEN THE PROPERTY OWNER/TENANT AND UTILITY PROVIDER
 HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO THE CITY.
  
 5.) PLEASE CLARIFY IF THE PLANTERS ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE
 OF THE PROPERTY ARE FLUSHED WITH THE SIDEWALK/WALKWAYS.
 IF NOT, A DETAIL WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED IN THE PLAN
 SET AND REFERENCED IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 6.) PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE
 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES ON THE GROUND FLOOR IN THE SITE
 PLAN (SHEET A0.1) TO ENSURE THAT THE ADMINISTRATIVE
 OFFICES ARE ACCESSORY TO THE RESIDENTIAL COMPONENT AND
 ARE NOT FOR COUNSELING SERVICES.
  
 7.) PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE BICYCLE PAD THAT IS
 DEPICTED IN THE SITE PLAN (SHEET A0.1). THE DETAIL MUST
 BE CONSISTENT WITH MINIMUM DIMENSIONS REQUIRED IN THE
 CITY'S BICYCLE PARKING GUIDELINES.
  
 8.) PLEASE CLARIFY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DETAIL 4 AND
 5 ON SHEET A-0.2 (SITE DETAILS)? A DETAIL WILL NEED TO
 BE ELIMINATED FROM THE SHEET IF IT IS A DUPLICATE.
  
 9.) PLEASE CLARIFY THE INTERIOR BUILDING SIDE SETBACK
 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING ON SHEET A-1.1
 (GROUND LEVEL FLOOR PLAN). THE SHEET INDICATES A 20'-0"
 BUILDING SETBACK; HOWEVER, THE TABLE ON SHEET G-2
 INDICATES 20'-8".
  
 10.) PLEASE ADDRESS THE INTERIOR BUILDING SIDE SETBACK
 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING ON SHEET A-1.2
 (TYPICAL LEVEL FLOOR PLAN). THE SHEET INDICATES A
 20'-8" BUILDING SETBACK; HOWEVER, THIS SETBACK IS NOT
 CONSISTENT WITH THE REST OF THE PLANS.
  
 11.) SHOW LOCATION OF THE BICYCLE RACKS IN THE NORTH
 ELEVATION ON SHEET A-2.2 (EAST AND NORTH ELEVATION).
  
 12.) LIGHT POLES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING
 STANDARDS PER ZLDR S.94-209 2.(I): LIGHT POLE FIXTURES
 SHALL NOT EXCEED AN OVERALL HEIGHT OF 17.5 FT.. ABOVE
 GRADE; NO COBRA HEAD LIGHTS ARE PERMITTED; ALL LIGHTING
 SHALL BE LED OR LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE; ALL LIGHTING
 SHALL BE WEATHER AND VANDAL RESISTANT (I.E. RESISTANT
 TO GRAFFITI, SHATTERING, ETC.)
  
 13.) LIGHT POLE FIXTURES LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY SHALL
 BE SETBACK AT LEAST 5 FT. FROM THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 14.) NEW LIGHT POLE FIXTURES LOCATED ALONG 27TH STREET,
 WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY (IN THE BULB-OUTS), SHALL BE
 EVALUATED BY THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND
 THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE PLANNER. ADDITIONALLY, THE POLE
 FIXTURES MAY INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED TREES WITHIN
 THE BULB-OUTS.
  
 15.) THE ILLUMINATION SITE PLAN (SHEET E-0.1) IS NOT
 CONSISTENT WITH THE PLANS PROVIDED IN THE PACKET.
 PLEASE ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.

 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF TEN
 (10) PAPER COPIES, ONE )(1) REDUCED COPY IN 8.5 INCHES
 X 11 INCHES AND ONE (1) SET IN 11 INCHES X 17 INCHES,
 AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
