 FEBRUARY 8, 2018
 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. A TREE SURVEY WAS PROVIDED,
 PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION CHART SHOWING
 SPECIES, CANOPY DIAMETER AND INDICATE IF TREES WILL BE
 PRESERVED, RELOCATED OR REMOVED. PROVIDE MITIGATION
 CALCULATIONS FOR ANY PROPOSED REMOVALS.
 A SURVEY WAS SUPPLIED. SUBMIT THE TREE DISPOSITION
 CHART, AND INCLUDE THE LARGE MAHOGANY TREE ON
 POINSETTIA IN THE PARKWAY.
 MAHOGANY TREE ON POINSETTIA NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED ON
 LIST.
  
 2. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE DATA CHART ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO REFLECT THE REQUIRED AND PROVIDED
 OPEN SPACE AND LANDSCAPE AREA, AND SHOW CALCULATIONS
 FOR REQUIRED TREES, FLOWERING TREES AND SHRUBS.
 THE CALCULATION WILL BE BASED ON THE TOTAL AVAILABLE
 NON-BUILDING OPEN SPACE.
 EXHIBITS WERE PROVIDED, BUT CHART WAS NOT PROVIDED.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF WATER AND SEWER
 LINES THAT SERVICE THE BUILDING, LOCATIONS OF ABOVE
 GROUND VALVES, AND LOCATION OF DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE 10
 FOOT LANDSCAPE STRIP ALONG 27TH ST REQUIRED PER SECTION
 94-209 2.(F)(1) WHERE THERE IS NO BUILDING FRONTAGE.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DROUGHT TOLERANCE
 LEVEL FOR EACH PLANT SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST, AND A
 CHART TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442(G) FLORIDA
 FRIENDLY LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS.
  
 7. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR
 ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES INCLUDING
 THE GENERATOR.
 PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING HEDGE FOR THE WATER BACKFLOW
 PREVENTERS.
  
 8. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A ROOT BARRIER DETAIL
 AND SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
 ROOT BARRIER DETAIL WAS NOT LOCATED ON SHEET L-2.
  
 9. SATISFIED. PLEASE CONSIDER RELOCATING CURBS TO THE
 WHEEL STOP LOCATION TO AVOID DUPLICATION AND TO
 INCREASE THE PERVIOUS AREA ON SITE.
  
 10. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE TERMINAL ISLANDS AT THE
 END OF EACH ROW OF PARKING AND PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND TO HAVE NO MORE THAN 10 PARKING SPACES IN A ROW
 PER 94-443(C)(3).
  
 11. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE TREE GRATE AND STRUCTURAL
 SOIL DETAILS AND INDICATE THEIR LOCATIONS ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 PLEASE PROVIDE IN ANY LOCATIONS THAT WILL HAVE TREE
 GRATES.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 2/8/18:
 12. PLEASE ADD THE REQUIRED TREE OR 3 PALMS IN THE
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND WEST OF THE ADA PARKING
 SPACE.
  
 13. IDENTIFY WHETHER UTILITY EASEMENT HAS BEEN
 ABANDONED ALONG NORTH PROPERTY LINE.
  
 14. PLEASE CORRECT THE LESS THAN SYMBOL TO GREATER THAN
 SYMBOL IN 3 LOCATIONS ON THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 CHART.
  
 15. CORRECT THE BUFFER TREE REQUIREMENT CALCULATIONS TO
 INCLUDE THE ADDITIONAL TREE FOR THE PORTION OF 30 FEET
 FOR EACH BUFFER CALCULATION. MUST BE ROUNDED UP.
  
 16. PLEASE EXPLAIN THE REPLACEMENT OF STREET TREES WITH
 LIGHTING POLES IN THE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 17. PLEAS ADD THE ADDITIONAL TREE AT THE SOUTHWEST
 CORNER OF THE PROPERTY. THE SAFE SIGHT TRIANGLE IS
 MEASURED FROM THE CURB, NOT PROPERTY LINE.
  
 18. PALMS ARE COUNTED AT A 3 TO 1 VALUE FOR
 SUBSTITUTION FOR REQUIRED TREES. THE COUNT FOR TREES
 FALLS SHORT OF THE 65 REQUIRED TREES.
  
 19. PLEASE ADD THE RELOCATED TREES TO THE PLANT LIST.
  
 20. NEW TREES ON THE PLANT LIST MUST ALL BE AT THE
 REQUIRED 12 FEET HEIGHT.
  
 21. ON SHEET A0.3, PLEASE CORRECT TO ONLY SHOW THE 10
 PERCENT PRIVATE OPEN SPACE. AREAS IN THE PARKING LOT
 CANNOT BE COUNTED.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
  
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A
 SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
