 EXISTING SIDEWALK AND LANDSCAPE AREA ALONG THE WEST
 SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. PLEASE REFER TO THE SURVEY OF THE
 PROPERTY AND CORRECT.
  
 2.) REFERENCE THE SECTION OF THE ZLDRS FOR THE VARIANCE
 FROM THE LANDSCAPE STRIP ALONG 27TH STREET ON SHEET
 G-2.
  
 3.) PLEASE MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS IN THE SITE
 DATA TABULAR ON SHEET G-2: BUILDING TYPOLOGY REFERENCE
 IS S.94-215(H), TABLE VII-7 (NOT TABLE VII-8); WHERE
 DID THE ALLOWED/REQUIRED MINIMUM LOT AREA OF 9,750 SQ.
 FT. COME FROM?; CHECK CALCULATIONS FOR THE PROVIDED
 BUILDING FRONTAGES. THE CALCULATIONS SEEM TO BE
 INCORRECT; CALCULATION FOR THE PRIVATE OPEN SPACE
 REQUIREMENT IS MISSING FROM THE TABULAR; CORRECT THE
 PROVIDED BICYCLE PARKING COUNT. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONE
 (1) BICYCLE RACK CAN ACCOMMODATE TWO (2) BICYCLES. A
 TOTAL OF FOUR (4) RACKS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED IN THE
 LATEST SITE PLAN, WHICH MEANS THERE ARE EIGHT (8)
 SPACES PROVIDED FOR BICYCLE PARKING.
  
 4.) RENDERING ON SHEET R-1 NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. IT DOES
 MATCH THE LATEST CHANGES TO THE PLANS.
  
 5.) SHOW INTERIOR SIDE (NORTH) AND REAR (EAST) BUILDING
 SETBACKS ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 6.) ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES CANNOT PROJECT MORE THAN 2
 FT. BEYOND THE MINIMUM REQUIRED SETBACK. PLEASE
 DEMONSTRATE BY PROVIDING DIMENSIONS IN THE SITE PLAN
 FOR THE WEST AND SOUTH ELEVATIONS.
  
 7.) PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE BICYCLE PARKING. THE
 DETAIL SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE MINIMUM STANDARDS
 OF THE CITY?S BICYCLE PARKING STANDARDS.
  
 8.) SHOW THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING TO THE TALLEST
 POINT IN THE ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS. THE BUILDING
 HEIGHT SHOULD INCLUDE ALL CANOPIES, ARCHITECTURAL
 FEATURES, ETC.
  
 9.) SHOW DETAIL OF THE SCREENING ELEMENT AROUND THE
 TRANSFORMER. INCLUDE DIMENSIONS AND HEIGHT OF THE
 SCREEN.
  
 10.) PER THE RESPONSE LETTER TO PPRC'S COMMENTS, SENT
 ON 8/25/17 (REFERENCE: WPBDOCS 9275081 1), A
 PHOTOMETRIC PLAN WOULD BE PROVIDED WITH THE
 RESUBMITTAL; HOWEVER, NO PHOTOMETRIC PLAN CAN BE FOUND.
 PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 11.) PRIVATE OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENT HAS NOT BEEN MET.
 PLEASE ADDRESS.

 11 INCHES AND ONE (1) SET IN 11 INCHES X 17 INCHES, AND
 AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20 PERCENT OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE
