 AREA.
 14. SATISFIED - MINIMUM ACTIVE USE REQUIREMENT ALONG
 DIXIE HWAY IS 80% NOT 79%. PLEASE ADJUST TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE. SITE PLAN INFORMATION SHOWS 80% NOT THE
 79%. IN ADDITION, USES BEHIND THE CURB CUT (OUTLINED IN
 RED) CANNOT BE COUNTED AS ACTIVE USES FOR THE PURPOSE
 OF CALCULATING MINIMUM ACTIVE USE REQUIRED AS THEY ARE
 BEHIND THE MINIMUM SETBACK AND NOT ADJACENT TO A PUBLIC

 PLEASE IDENTIFY WHERE THE DISCREPANCY EXISTS.

 ACROSS DIXIE HWAY FROM THE SE CORNER OF THE PROJECT.
 17. SATISFIED- PLEASE RELOCATE AT LEAST 3 BIKE RACKS
 CLOSER TO THE OFFICE TOWER OPEN SPACE, AND RELOCATE AT

 RETAIL.
