 SUBMITTAL:
 1. THE MINIMUM HOTEL ROOM SIZE FOR A FULL SERVICE HOTEL
 IS 350SF. THERE ARE 5 ROOMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE
 DEFINITION REQUIRED FOR THE INCENTIVE PROGRAM. PLEASE
 ADJUST ROOM SIZE TO MEET MINIMUM REQUIRED.
 2. SIDEWALK BETWEEN THE OFFICE PLAZA AND THE HOTEL
 DROP-OFF AREA (NEXT TO PLANTER) SHALL BE WIDENED TO A
 MINIMUM OF 6 FEET.
 3. MAXIMUM BUILDING FOOTPRINT INFORMATION SHALL SAY
 ?MAXIMUM? ALLOWED, NOT MINIMUM.
 4. WITHIN THE PARKING CALCULATION (SHEET A0.06) PLEASE
 INCLUDE A SEPARATE LINE FOR MICROUNITS AND STATE THE
 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES ALLOWED (0.5 PER
 UNIT), AND THE BIKE SPACES REQUIRED SEPARATE FOR
 MICROUNITS (0.5 PARKING SPACES PER UNIT= 14.5) AND FOR
 REGULAR UNITS (1/15=19.9).TOTAL NUMBER OF BIKE SPACE
 FOR RESIDENTIAL = 34 SPACES. YOU WILL NEED FEW MORE.
 5. PLEASE INCLUDE THE CAR SHARING STATION SPACE
 REQUIRED IN THE CALCULATIONS.
 6. LAST SET OF DRAWINGS DID NOT INCLUDE THE DETAILS FOR
 THE GARAGE SCREEN. PLEASE INSERT BACK IN THE DRAWINGS.
