 1. FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTION ON 4TH STREET (BY OFFICE
 PLAZA) SEEMS TO BE LOCTED ON THE PEDESTRIAN PATH.
 PLEASE CLARIFY THE EXACT LOCATION AND IT THE FDC WILL
 BE A WALL MOUNTED CONNECTION OR A STAND PIPE.
 2. PLEASE INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE CAR SHARING
 SPACES IN THE FLOOR PLAN AND ADD THEM TO THE PARKING
 TABLE.
 3. LIGHT FIXTURES AND POLES WITHIN THE ROW SHALL MEET
 CITY STANDARDS.SUBMITTED LIGHTING DRAWINGS INDICATE A
 DIFFERENT FIXTURE.
 4. EXFILTRATION TRENCH RELOCATED IN DRAINAGE SHEET NO.
 3 BUT IT IS STILL SHOWN IN WATER ADN SEWER SHEET NO. 6.
 PLEASE ADJUST.
 5. THERE ARE SOME UTILITY LINES UNDER THE PLANTING AREA
 ON 4TH STREET AND THE OFFICE ENTRANCE. PLEASE RELOCATE
 THE UTILITIES SO THEY DO NOT CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE.
 6. THE TYPE OF PAVERS PROPOSED ON THE SIDEWALK ARE
 DIFFERENT THAN THE TYPE OF PAVERS PROPOSED ON THE
 PLAZAS AND PEDESTRIAN AREAS INSIDE THE PROPERTY LINE.
 STAFF RECOMMENDS BOTH TO BE THE SAME, OR HAVE A
 DIFFERENCIATION ONLY WHEN THE DESIGN JUSTIFY THE
 CHANGE, NOT BASED ON PROPERTY LINE.
