 L3-100 IS CORRECT. IT SHOWS A 2 FEET DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
 THE DIXIE HWAY SIDEWALK LEVEL AND THE RETAIL
 AREA.-CONSIDERING THE UNDERGROUND PARKING IS REMOVED,
 STAFF RECOMMENDS THE ACTIVE USES ALONG DIXIE HWAY TO BE
 LOCATED AT GRADE AND CLOSER TO THE STREET.
 10. SATISFIED. PLEASE LIST THE NUMBER OF BIKE SPACES
 PROVIDED IN EACH AREA ON THE FLOOR PLAN.- STAFF
 RECOMMENDS BIKE STORAGE TO BE LOCATED AT THE GROUND
 LEVEL DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS.
 11. SATISFIED.-PLEASE INDICATE THE LOCATION OF CHANGING
 FACILITIES AND SHOWERS ASSOCIATED WITH OFFICE BUILDING.
 12.SATISFIED.- PLEASE INDICATE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF
 SPACES PROVIDE AT GROUND LEVEL.- STAFF RECOMMENDS SOME
 BIKE PARKING SPACES BE PROVIDED FOR HOTEL EMPLOYEES.
 13. SATISFIED.-STAFF RECOMMENDS THE LOCATION OF A BIKE
 SHARING STATION ON SITE.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS BASED ON REVISED DRAWINGS:
 14. THE AREA WITHIN THE MINIMUM SETBACK SHALL BE
 TREATED AS AN EXTENSION OF THE PUBLIC REALM. SEATING
 AREA ALONG 4TH STREET IS SURROUNDED BY A PLANTING AREA
 THAT LEAVES ONLY A 6 FEET WIDE SIDEWLK NEXT TO THE
 CURB. THE SEATING AREA SHALL BE OPEN/CONNECTED WITH THE
 SIDEWALK, IT SHALL FEET LIKE PART OF THE PUBLIC REALM,
 NOT A PRIVATE TERRACE. MINIMUM SIDEWALK WIDTH IS 8
 FEET.
 15. STREET TREES SHALL BE PLANTED ALONG THE SIDEWALK,
 NEXT TO THE CURB, WITH BASE PLANITNG OR IN TREE GRATES.
 ALONG 4TH STREET, THE TREES BETWEEN THE CURB CUTS SHALL
 BE NEXT TO THE CURB ON TREE GRATES.
 16. SW OPEN SPACE WILL QUALIFY FOR THE 5% PUBLIC OPEN
 SPACE REQUIREMENT, BUT PLEASE LOOK AT TABLE IV-7 AND
 DEMONSTRATE THE SPACE MEETS ALL THE REQUIREMENTS FOR
 THE PLAZA TYPE. MINIMUM REQUIRED SETBACK CANNOT BE
 COUNTED AS PART OF THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE. NUMBERS ON
 SHEET L0-002 DO NOT MATCH NUMBERS ON SHEET A0.09.
 17. MINIMUM WIDTH OF SIDEWALK SHALL BE 8 FEET. MINIMUM
 SIDEWALK WIDTH FOR DROP-OFF AREA IS 10 FEET.
