2017-05-01 08:10:48COMMENTS FROM FIRST REVIEW HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED. THE
 COMMENTS BELOW ARE FROM THE CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW OF
 THE APRIL 13, 2017 REVIEW SUBMITTAL PACKAGE.
  
 1. CIVIL PLAN 2 SITE DEMOLITION PLAN:
 A. STORM PIPE ENTERING NORTH SIDE OF EXISTING DRAINAGE
 STRUCTURE AT NE CORNER OF QUADRILLE BLVD AND 4TH ST
 WILL BE IN CONFLICT WITH THE PROPOSED DRAINAGE
 STRUCTURE S-106.
 B. EXISTING WATE SERVICES TO BE ABANDONED ARE TO BE
 REMOVED BACK TO THE MAIN.
 C. EXISTING SEWER LATERALS TO BE ABANDONED ARE TO BE
 REMOVED BACK TO THE MAIN AND THE WYE PLUGGED AT THE
 MAIN.
  
 2. CONFIRM IF THE EXISTING STORM STRUCTURE AT NE CORNER
 OF QUADRILLE BLVD AND 4TH ST WILL STILL BE NEEDED. IF
 NOT, THIS STRUCTURE AND THE STORM PIPE CROSSING UNDER
 4TH ST WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED.
  
 3. CHECK GRADING FLOW ARROWS FOR DRIVEWAY TO 4TH
 STREET. STRUCTURE S-108 HAS A RIM ELEVATION OF 14.00
 FEET NGVD. SPOT GRADE ON DRIVEWAY TO THE NORTH IS 13.50
 FEET NGVD.
  
 4. CHECK GRADING OF DRIVEWAY TO DIXIE HWY. TRENCH DRAIN
 AT PROPERTY LINE IS AT ELEVATION 12.25 FEET NGVD. SPOT
 GRADE AT INTERIOR DRIVE TO THE WEST IS ALSO AT
 ELEVATION 12.25 FEET NGVD.
  
 5. GRADE THE PLAZAS TO DRAIN TO ONSITE DRAINAGE SYSTEM
 INSTEAD OF FLOWING INTO RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 6. SECTIONS C-C AND F-F SHOW VALLEY GUTTER BUT THESE
 GUTTERS DO NOT APPEAR ON THE GRADING PLAN.
  
 7. CONFIRM CURBING AND PAVEMENT WIDTH FOR SECTION D-D.
  
 8. CIVIL PLAN 5 SIGNING AND MARKING PLAN:
 A. MISSING STOP SIGN AT WEST END OF 4TH STREET.
 B. MISSING RIGHT TURN ONLY SIGN FOR DRIVEWAY ONTO
 QUADRILLE BLVD.
 C. DIMENSION THE LENGTHS OF DOUBLE YELLOW STRIPES
 WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY.
