 COMMENTS:
  
 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE
 SITE. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE
 ADDRESSED FOR PERMITTING.
  
 2. SITE DATA, SHEET A0.01, AND BUILDING AREAS, SHEET
 A0.06, BOTH STATE THAT 716 PARKING SPACES WILL BE
 PROVIDED. 2% OF THOSE ARE REQUIRED TO BE ACCESSIBLE,
 SO14.32 ACCESSIBLE SPACES ARE REQUIRED, WHICH MUST BE
 ROUNDED UP TO 15 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES, BUT ONLY 14
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES ARE PROPOSED. THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES PROVIDED SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 208.2 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE.
  
 3. NO VAN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES ARE SHOW AT THIS
 STAGE. WHEN SUBMITTED FOR PERMITTING THE PLANS SHALL
 SHOW THREE VAN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. PER SECTION
 208.2.4 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE, ONE IN EVERY SIX
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES (AT LEAST ONE) IN A PARKING
 STRUCTURE, SHALL BE ?VAN ACCESSIBLE? AND DESIGNED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION OF 502 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE (VERTICAL CLEARANCE NOT LESS THAN 98 INCHES AT
 SPACE AND VEHICULAR ACCESS ROUTE).
  
 4. WHEN SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT, THE PLANS SHALL
 SHOW THAT THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THE BUILDINGS
 WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HEIGHT, AREA AND
 OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS IN CHAPTER 5 OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE
  
 5. WHEN SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT, COMPLIANCE WITH
 ALL BUILDING SEPARATION, PERCENTAGE OF OPENINGS AND
 OPENING PROTECTIVE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTERS 6 AND 7 OF
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE SHALL BE VERIFIED.
  
 6. LEVEL 1 PLAN, SHEET A1.01, SHOWS STAIR 8 DISCHARGING
 THROUGH THE CAFE WHILE LEVEL 7 PLAN, SHEET A1.07, SHOWS
 THE HOTEL BALLROOM, PRE-FUNCTION ROOMS, BOARDROOM, AND
 OTHER MEETING ROOMS, USING STAIR 8 AS AN EXIT. AT LEAST
 50% OF THE REQUIRED EXIT WIDTH FROM THE ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY SHALL DISCHARGE TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE
 BUILDING. THE EXIT SHALL NOT DISCHARGE THROUGH THE
 CAFE.
  
 7. ENCLOSED PARKING GARAGES. IT IS NOTED THAT A GREEN
 SCREEN WALL IS PROPOSED FOR THE PARKING GARAGE. IF THE
 PARKING GARAGE DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT WALL OPENINGS
 TO MEET THE DEFINITION OF AN OPEN PARKING GARAGE, IT
 WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ENCLOSED PARKING GARAGE AND MUST
 HAVE EXHAUST SYSTEMS. THE EXHAUST SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 DESIGNED TO MINIMIZE NOISE LEVELS USING INLINE FAN
 SILENCERS OR OTHER APPROVED METHODS.
  
 8. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS
 AND SUB-PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE COMMENCING THE
 WORK. SEPARATE PERMITS, PLANS AND FEES, ARE REQUIRED
 FOR SIGNS, SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS, GAS SYSTEMS,
 GENERATORS, FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, FIRE SPRINKLER AND
 OTHER FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS, GREASE INTERCEPTORS,
 SITE LIGHTING, SITE LANDSCAPE, SITE IRRIGATION, ETC.
  
 9. EACH SEPARATE BUILDING SHALL HAVE A SEPARATE
