 FITNESS CENTER, TENNIS/EVENT AREA, HOTEL RESTAURANTS,
 AND ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL USE.
 4. CURB CUT ALONG QUADRILLE BLVD IS ALLOWED MAXIMUM
 WIDTH OF 25?. CURRENT CURB CUT IS 40?.

 GROUND LEVEL DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS.
 11. PLEASE INDICATE THE LOCATION OF CHANGING FACILITIES
 AND SHOWERS ASSOCIATED WITH OFFICE BUILDING.
 12. STAFF RECOMMENDS SOME BIKE PARKING SPACES BE
 PROVIDED FOR HOTEL EMPLOYEES.
 13. STAFF RECOMMENDS THE LOCATION OF A BIKE SHARING
 STATION ON SITE.
