 A0.07 ? DAC SUBMITTAL, PLAN VIEW FOR LEVEL ONE SHOWS
 TWO WAY TRAFFIC BETWEEN 4TH STREET AND NORTH DIXIE
 HIGHWAY. SHEET 5 SIGNING AND MARKING SHOWS N. DIXIE
 HIGHWAY ENTRANCE AS TWO- ONE WAY LANES. TRAFFIC
 CIRCULATION AT PARKING GARAGE RAMP INTERSECTION IS
 INCONSISTENT BETWEEN SHEET A0.07 AND SHEET 5. CLARIFY
 WHAT IS THE PROPOSED TRAFFIC CIRCULATION.

 TRAFFIC CIRCULATION AT THE THREE WAY INTERSECTION IS
 INCONSISTENT. WE ARE UNABLE TO REVIEW THE TRAFFIC
 CIRCULATION. PLEASE CONTACT CITY TRANSPORTATION
 DIVISION TO SCHEDULE TO DISCUSS INTERNAL TRAFFIC
 CIRCULATION.
 3. SHEET A0.07 ? LEVEL #1. THE WALL AT THE PARKING
 GARAGE INTERSECTION WILL NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE SIGHT
 DISTANCE TO OTHER INTERSECTIONS.
 4. CHANGES TO THE INTERNAL TRAFFIC CIRCULATION WILL
 REQUIRE AN UPDATED TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY AS THIS WILL
 CHANGE THE VOLUMES AT INTERSECTIONS AND TRIP
 DISTRIBUTION.
 5. SHEET 5 - SPECIFY SIZE OF SIGNS.
 6. SHEET 5 - ADD STREET NAME BLADES TO STOP SIGNS.
 7. SHEET 5 - ADD CROSSWALK MARKINGS AT ALL STOP

 SIGHT DISTANCE FOR LEFT TURN MOVEMENT, SO IT IS
 IMPORTANT TO RESTRICT THE LEFT OUT MOVEMENT.
 11. SHEET 5 - NORTHERN N QUADRILLE BLVD DRIVEWAY. THE
 STOP BAR IS SHOWN ACROSS A HATCHED OUT AREA. THE STOP
 BAR NEEDS TO STOP AT THE END OF THE LANE. WHAT IS THE
 HATCHED OUT AREA NEXT TO THE EXIT LANE? HOW WILL
 TRAFFIC
 12. SHEET 4 - WHAT IS THE WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED RIGHT
 TURN LANES ON QUADRILLE? PROVIDE SECTION FOR PROPOSED
 RIGHT TURN LANE.
 13. SHEET 4 - SECTION D (4TH STREET). ARE 12? WIDE
 LANES REQUIRED? CAN THEY BE NARROWED?
 14. SHEET 4 - 4TH STREET. IT IS UNCLEAR IF THE CURB
 WILL BE NEW OR EXISTING. SECTION G AND H APPEAR TO
 INDICATE NEW CURB CURB, BUT NEW CURB IS NOT SHOWN ON
 SHEET 4.
 15. QUADRILLE - 4TH STREET INTERSECTION ? PROVIDE BULB
 OUT TO REDUCE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING DISTANCE.
 16. SHEET 4 - SPECIFY THE RADIUS OF ANY PROPOSED
 CURBING IN PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY. DRAW THE PROPOSED CURB
 RAMP AND ADD THE FDOT CURB RAMP DESIGNATION.
 17. SHEET 4 - PROPOSED SIDEWALKS NEED TO BE SHOWN ON
 CIVIL PLANS.
  
 18. SHEET 9 - SECTION G AND H (4TH STREET) ? REDUCE
 TRAVEL LANES FROM 11' TO 10'. SHOW RIGHT OF WAY LINE ON
 SOUTH SIDE OF 4TH STREET.
 19. SHEET 9 - SECTION H (4TH STREET) SPECIFY WIDTH OF
 SOUTH SIDEWALK.
 20. SHEET 9 - SECTION H (4TH STREET) UTILIZE GUTTER PAN
 AS PART OF THE 8' PARALLEL PARKING WIDTH. INCREASE
 SOUTH SIDEWALK WIDTH.
 21. SHEET 4, 9 - THE REVIEW OF THE STREETS IS
 CONCEPTUAL. DETAILED ROADWAY PLANS INCLUDING A PROFILE
 FOR 4TH STREET AND PAVEMENT DESIGN WILL NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED.
 22. SIDEWALK ON SOUTH SIDE OF 4TH STREET MAY NOT MEET
 ADA MINIMUM WIDTH. IS IT POSSIBLE TO MOVE CURB LINE
 NORTH WITH RECONSTRUCTION OF 4TH STREET?
 23. L0-002 - QUADRILLE IS A STATE HIGHWAY. THE 20? SAFE
 SIGHT TRIANGLES SHOWN DOES NOT MEET FDOT REQUIREMENTS.
 REFERENCE FDOT DESIGN STANDARDS, INDEX NO. 546.
 24. L3-100 - SECTION -02 AND 05- 4TH AND 5TH STREET
 .THE 5'-3" AND 5'-0" WIDE SIDEWALK DO NOT MEET FDOT
 GREENBOOK REQUIREMENTS. A MINIMUM 6' WIDTH SIDEWALK
 MUST BE PROVIDED FOR SIDEWALKS LOCATED BEHIND THE BACK
 OF CURB. SUGGEST A WIDER SIDEWALK THAN MINIMUM. ALSO,
 1'-6" WIDTH SHOWN IS NOT CORRECT FOR F CURB.
 25. HOTEL DROP OFF- L3-100 SECTION 2 - CAN THE WIDTH OF
 THE DROP OF BE REDUCED? CURB FOR DROP OFF SHOULDN'T BE
 LOCATED IN RIGHT OF WAY.
 26. DUE TO THE NUMBER OF INCONSISTENCIES IN THE PLANS,
