 2ND/RE-SUBMITTAL REVIEW RESPONSE
  
 STATUS: FAILED
  
 AFTER REVIEWING THE REVISED PLANS AND RESPONSE (LETTER
 DATED MARCH 31, 2017), TO THE PPRC COMMENTS, IT APPEARS
 THAT SOME OF THE COMMENTS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED AND DEEM
 SATISFIED. OTHER COMMENTS ARE ACKNOWLEDGED AS: 'COMMENT
 NOTED' AND THESE ITEMS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ADDRESSED
 DURING "ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION" PHASE
 PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION
 INCLUDING BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL.
  
 FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE STILL NOT SATISFIED AND NEED TO
 BE ADDRESSED AT THIS LEVEL PRIOR TO SITE PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 3. IN THE REGARDS TO SANITATION/GARBAGE COLLECTION PLAN
 PLEASE SUBMIT A WRITTEN LETTER OF APPROVAL FROM THE
 PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR, PETER BIENIEK;
  
 8. WATER METER SHALL BE INSIDE RIGHT-OF-WAY OR WITHIN
 AN UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS BACKFLOW PREVENTER ASSEMBLY
 SHALL BE INSIDE THE PROPERTY LINE/PRIVATE LOT;
  
 13. COMMENT WAS MADE, PREVIOUSLY, SUGGESTING THAT
 EXISTING WATER AND SEWER SERVICE/CONNECTIONS TO THE
 SITES BE UTILIZED. CITY RECORD INDICATES THAT WATER AND
 SEWER MAINS ON OLIVE AVE. AND NARCISSUS AVE. ARE NEWER
 THAN THOSE ARE ON BANYAN BLVD. AND 2ND ST. PROPOSED
 WATER AND SANITARY SEWER SERVICES FOR THE NEW
 DEVELOPMENT SHOULD CONNECTED TO THE NEWER PIPES I.E. ON
 OLIVE AVE. AND NARCISSUS AVE;
  
 21. NEW COMMENT: CITY RECORD INDICATES THERE ARE NO
 SANITARY SEWER LINES AVAILABLE ON BANYAN BLVD. BETWEEN
 NARCISSUS AVE. AND FLAGLER DR. PLEASE VERIFY;
  
 22. NEW COMMENT: OFFSITE DRAINAGE WILL BE AFFECTED FROM
 THE ON-SITE IMPROVEMENTS FROM THESE DEVELOPMENTS.
 PLEASE EVALUATE AND SHOW MEASURES TO ALLEVIATE ANY/ALL
 ADVERSE EFFECTS FROM THEM;
  
 23. IN THE FINAL PLANS SHOW CROSS SECTIONS ALONG BANYAN
 BLVD., NARCISSUS AVE AND 2ND ST. ALSO SHOW PROFILE FOR
