 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY AND A
 TREE DISPOSITION CHART FOR THE AREA WITHIN THE PROPERTY
 BOUNDARY. ALSO PROVIDE A TREE MITIGATION CHART
 IDENTIFYING EXISTING TREES ON THE PROPERTY THAT WILL BE
 REMOVED AND MITIGATION PROVIDED PER SECTION 94-448.
  
 PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF THE PRESERVED AND
 RELOCATED TREES AND PALMS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 2. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW THE PROPERTY LINE ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 PLEASE SHOW PROPERTY LINE ON SHEET L-2 TO MATCH SITE
 PLAN AND SHEET L-1.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO
 SUBSTANTIATE THE POINTS CLAIMED FOR DROUGHT TOLERANT
 GRASS SPECIES, EXTRA SHADE TREES IN VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS, AND SOD AREA AS LESS THAN 50% OF LANDSCAPE AREAS
 AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 94-446(G). PLEASE REVISE AND
 RECALCULATE TO CONFIRM PERCENTAGES FOR POINTS CLAIMED.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE ADD A COLUMN TO THE PLANT LIST
 IDENTIFYING NATIVE SPECIES.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A BUFFER REQUIREMENTS
 CHART LISTING THE REQUIRED BUFFER LENGTH CALCULATIONS
 AND NUMBER OF TREES REQUIRED AND PROVIDED FOR EACH SIDE
 OF THE PROPERTY AND LABEL THE LOCATIONS OF THE 5 FOOT
 REQUIRED BUFFERS PER SECTION 94-442(B).
  
 6. SATISFIED. PLEASE REMOVE THE SITE DESIGN TABULAR
 CHART FROM SHEET L-2.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THE
 LANDSCAPING MEETS THE 30% REQUIRED AROUND EACH BUILDING
 PER SECTION 94-443(E)(1).
  
 8. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-443 (C)(3) AND (4) FOR THE
 LANDSCAPE AREAS REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE PARKING AND
 PAVED AREAS, INCLUDING REQUIRED NUMBER OF SHADE TREES.

 WITHIN THE PARKING AREA NEEDS TO BE SHOWN.

 SERVING THE BUILDING ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 10. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS WITH TREES.
  
 AT LEAST 2 LOCATIONS SHOW CONFLICT BETWEEN TREES AND
 LIGHT PLACEMENT. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 11. SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW CURBS FOR ALL VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS ADJACENT TO LANDSCAPE AREAS.
  
 12. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT
 BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM
 CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE,
 SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT
 COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 UTILITIES NEED TO BE SHOWN, ADDITIONAL ROOT BARRIERS
 MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 13. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL
 GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
 UTILITIES NEED TO BE SHOWN, ADDITIONAL SCREENING MAY BE
 REQUIRED.
  
  
 14. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE HEDGE AROUND
 THE THREE NON-ACCESS SIDES OF ALL DUMPSTER OR DEBRIS
 ENCLOSURES AS REQUIRED.
  
 15. SATISFIED. PLEASE INDICATE WHETHER THE CLASS B
 SPECIAL USE WILL ALSO APPLY TO THE PROPOSED REDESIGN OF
 THE LANDSCAPE FOR THE GOLF COURSE.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 4/21/17:
 16. PLEASE ADD THE REQUIRED TREE IN THE TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND BETWEEN THE ROW OF PARKING AND THE
 STORAGE BINS.
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
