| | IS INSUFFICIENT STACKING THAT WOULD CAUSE TRAFFIC TO |
| | BACK UP INTO THE ADJACENT ROADWAY AND BLOCK THE FLOW OF |
| | TRAFFIC. |

| | 5. HAS THERE BEEN ANY COMMUNICATION WITH ADJACENT |
| | PROPERTY OWNERS/TENANTS? STAFF HAS SIGNIFICANT CONCERNS |
| | REGARDING THE PLACEMENT OF THE FACILITY AND ITS VARIOUS |
| | ANCILLARY ACTIVITIES (TRUCK TRAFFIC, VEGETATION DEBRIS |
| | COLLECTION, MATERIAL STORAGE, EQUIPMENT WASH, ETC.). |
| | THESE ANCILLARY ACTIVITIES PRESENT CONCERNS WITH REGARD |
| | TO THEIR INCOMPATIBILITY WITH THE OFFICE AND |
| | RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS IMMEDIATE ADJACENT TO THE |
| | PROPOSED FACILITY. SIGNIFICANT EFFORTS NEED TO BE MADE |
| | TO ENSURE THAT THE PROPOSED FACILITY DOES NOT |
| | NEGATIVELY IMPACT SURROUNDING DEVELOPMENT, AND COMPLIES |
| | WITH ALL OF THE REQUIRED SPECIAL USE STANDARDS REQUIRED |
| | BY THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. |
| | CITY STAFF REQUESTS THAT THEY BE NOTIFIED OF THE |
| | MEETINGS WITH THE RESIDENTS/ASSOCIATIONS AND THAT THEY |
| | ARE INCLUDED IN SUCH INVITATIONS. |

| | 6. PLEASE PROVIDE A CROSS-SECTION, ELEVATION, OR SOME |
| | FORM OF RENDERING THAT WILL PROVIDE AN ACCURATE |
| | REPRESENTATION OF THE PROPOSED SCREENING AROUND THE |
| | FACILITY, SPECIFICALLY ALONG ADJACENT PROPERTIES. IT IS |
| | STAFF?S POSITION THAT THIS FACILITY SHOULD BE ENTIRELY |
| | SCREENED FROM VIEW. |
