 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY AND A TREE DISPOSITION
 CHART FOR THE AREA WITHIN THE PROPERTY BOUNDARY. ALSO
 PROVIDE A TREE MITIGATION CHART IDENTIFYING EXISTING
 TREES ON THE PROPERTY THAT WILL BE REMOVED AND
 MITIGATION PROVIDED PER SECTION 94-448.
  
 2. PLEASE SHOW THE PROPERTY LINE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO
 SUBSTANTIATE THE POINTS CLAIMED FOR DROUGHT TOLERANT
 GRASS SPECIES, EXTRA SHADE TREES IN VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS, AND SOD AREA AS LESS THAN 50% OF LANDSCAPE AREAS
 AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 94-446(G). PLEASE REVISE AND
 RECALCULATE TO CONFIRM PERCENTAGES FOR POINTS CLAIMED.
  
 4. PLEASE ADD A COLUMN TO THE PLANT LIST IDENTIFYING
 NATIVE SPECIES.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A BUFFER REQUIREMENTS CHART LISTING
 THE REQUIRED BUFFER LENGTH CALCULATIONS AND NUMBER OF
 TREES REQUIRED AND PROVIDED FOR EACH SIDE OF THE
 PROPERTY AND LABEL THE LOCATIONS OF THE 5 FOOT REQUIRED
 BUFFERS PER SECTION 94-442(B).
  
 6. PLEASE REMOVE THE SITE DESIGN TABULAR CHART FROM
 SHEET L-2.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THE LANDSCAPING
 MEETS THE 30% REQUIRED AROUND EACH BUILDING PER SECTION
 94-443(E)(1).
  
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 94-443 (C)(3) AND (4) FOR THE LANDSCAPE AREAS
 REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE PARKING AND PAVED AREAS,
 INCLUDING REQUIRED NUMBER OF SHADE TREES.
  
 9. PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITIES INCLUDING WATER, SEWER,
 AND FPL TRANSFORMERS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. ADJUST
 UTILITY LOCATIONS TO AVOID TREES.
  
 10. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS WITH TREES.
  
 11. PLEASE SHOW CURBS FOR ALL VEHICULAR USE AREAS
 ADJACENT TO LANDSCAPE AREAS.
  
 12. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
 14. PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE HEDGE AROUND THE THREE
 NON-ACCESS SIDES OF ALL DUMPSTER OR DEBRIS ENCLOSURES
 AS REQUIRED.
  
 15. PLEASE INDICATE WHETHER THE CLASS B SPECIAL USE
 WILL ALSO APPLY TO THE PROPOSED REDESIGN OF THE
 LANDSCAPE FOR THE GOLF COURSE.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
