 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE LIVE OAK TREE TO THE WEST OF THE EXISTING
 BUILDING MAY BE CLASSIFIED AS A SPECIMEN TREE DUE TO
 ITS SIZE. THE APPLICANT SHOULD CONSIDER DESIGNING THE
 PATIO AREA IN SUCH A WAY TO AVOID REMOVAL OF THE TREE
 AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SHADE AND BENEFITS THE TREE
 CAN PROVIDE FOR THE OUTDOOR SEATING AREA. AN ARBORIST
 SHOULD BE CONSULTED ON OPTIONS FOR PRUNING OF BRANCHES
 AND ROOTS TO ACCOMMODATE THE BUILDING ADDITION AND
 USING PAVERS AROUND THE TREE FOR THE SEATING AREA.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A CHART SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPING PER SECTION 94-442 (G).
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THE LANDSCAPING
 MEETS THE 30% REQUIRED AROUND THE BUILDING PER SECTION
 94-443(E)(1).
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE BUFFER TREE CALCULATIONS AND OVERALL
 TREE AND FLOWERING TREE REQUIREMENTS TO SHOW CODES ARE
 MET.
  
 5. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
 7. ALL MISSING LANDSCAPING WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED, SO
 ANY UPDATING OF SPECIES OR MODIFICATIONS MUST BE
 PROPOSED AT THIS TIME.
