 STAINED OR PRESSURE TREATED WOOD PICKETS. CHAIN LINK,
 BARBED WIRE, RAZOR WIRE, ELECTRONIC ELEMENTS OR OTHER
 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ARE PROHIBITED. THE HEIGHT AND
 DESIGN OF THE STREETWALLS ON NONRESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES
 SHALL ALLOW FOR SURVEILLANCE OF THE PROPERTY FROM THE
