 2. PORCH SHOULD BE LIMITED TO ONE STORY, CONTINUING THE
 CHARACTER OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
 3. ALL PARKING AREAS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 94-485,
 PROVIDE DETAILS.
 4. EAST LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE FIVE FEET IN WIDTH.
 5. SOUTH LANDSCAPING SHALL BE REORIENTED TO LINK THE
 RAMP TO THE PARKING AREA AND THE SIDEWALK.
 6. EXISTING CONCRETE SOUTH OF THE STRUCTURE SHALL BE
 REPLACED WITH LANDSCAPING TO MATCH SURROUNDING AREAS.
 7. BIKE RACK SHALL COMPLY WITH CITY STANDARD PROVIDING
 SUFFICIENT SPACE FOR OPERATION, PROVIDE DETAILS.
 8. NORTHEAST LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE EXTENDED SOUTH,
 REPLACING WHEEL STOPS WITH LANDSCAPE CURB.
